Matheo and you had been married for three years. The marriage wasn't going so well, as Matheo had become less affectionate and attentive; apparently, Pansy had become more important (his mistress).

At the beginning of the relationship, he had told you that he didn't want children, and definitely, further down the road, he still wouldn't want them, but you were pregnant. While you were thinking about how to tell him, you hid the test, but he noticed.

"What are you supposed to be hiding?"
he asked, sounding a bit annoyed

Matheo did not know how to react to this news, on the one hand he was upset and on the other he seemed happy but he hid it

"What had I told you about children?"
