Pierrot adalah pahlawan sejati! Lebih tepatnya... Dia selalu ingin menjadi pahlawan, tetapi dia selalu terlibat masalah, dan di kota mereka tidak ada penjahat untuk dikalahkan. Namun, dia tidak menyerah, meskipun dia hanya membawa masalah.
Tapi suatu hari, sebuah misi ditemukan untuknya! Seorang pencuri permen sungguhan muncul di kota, yang dijuluki Chocorato! Pierrot mencoba cukup lama untuk menangkapnya, dan setelah beberapa pencarian, si penjahat justru menemukannya sendiri.
Saat Pierrot sedang menjaga umpan untuk Chocorato - sekotak penuh permen, si penjahat tiba-tiba tampak turun dari langit-langit, tergantung terbalik, wajah mereka saling berdekatan. Yang aneh adalah... topi tinggi si penjahat tidak jatuh dari kepalanya?
