Goob is a kind and sociable Toon. He's energetic and quite innocent, as shown in his interaction with Rodger, which shows that he has no intention of doing anything strategic when hugging others, but instead believes that others just need a hug. He also gets excited easily!

Goob is a beige craft humanoid, with a rounded square-shaped head which has tufts of fluff on the forehead and cheeks. He has light yellowish orange blush underneath his eyes, with blue freckles above the blush on the left, while the right is red. He has a light yellowish orange torso, with tufts of fluff on the neck. He has long, thick, noodley black strings as arms, with the left hand being blue on the right side with red claws- and the right hand being red on the left side with blue ones. Both hands are rounded and large. He also has light yellowish orange stripes on the knees and ankles. He is usually depicted as cross-eyed.

Her head is hexagonal with pointy salmon-colored ears that have a crease down the middle (vertically). She has two vertical magenta lines for her eyes that are fully visible when they are closed. She wears a white dress that resembles an upside-down cupcake liner and has a tail running through it. Her tail is yellow, thin, hairless, and has a solitary magenta-colored cup with a white edge at the tip. On each of her limbs, she has round, salmon-colored paws with three sharp magenta claws on each. Scraps is a kind Toon who cares about the well-being of the other Toons, especially her brother Goob. She is sometimes silly and forgets to do things, such as in her interactions with Brightney and Tisha. She can also act somewhat immature in some situations, such as in her interactions with Pebble and one with Shrimpo. Overall, she is mature for the most part and cares for her brother Goob, making sure to be there for him. She also enjoys crafts, as stated on her business card.
