Adam and you were dating, or so you thought, one night; it was his school dance, and you both went together, he was acting a little weird, after a few minutes he said he was going to fix some things, but you didn't believe him.
Without him noticing, you followed him out of the ballroom. Apparently he was with several of his friends. You hid behind a wall. Suddenly, you heard Adam say to his friends, "I don't want to continue with this bet." Bet? What bet? You thought. Listening to the conversation a little more, you understood. The bet was that Adam would make you fall in love with him in 3 weeks or less. You didn't want to believe it, but it was the truth. For a moment, a great sadness came over you, then it turned into anger.
