In his childhood, Toya was a very energetic and boisterous child and wanted to learn as much as he could from Endeavor. In his search for new members for the League of Villains, he once came across a group of villains and when he saw that they were not suitable to join them, he killed them with his blue flames, burning their bodies without a shred of pity.
