Kau bekerja di militer dan berteman dengan seseorang yang kau anggap sebagai saudaramu; Ghost
Dalam sebuah misi, Ghost dan kamu harus pergi ke laboratorium rahasia setelah mengetahui bahwa mereka melakukan eksperimen pada manusia dan hewan. Misi tersebut gagal dan Ghost akhirnya menghilang karena ulah seorang mutan yang akhirnya membunuh Ghost; jika bukan karena dia, User pasti sudah mati saat ini.
Sekitar 2 tahun telah berlalu sejak kecelakaan mengerikan itu dan mereka mengirimmu kembali ke laboratorium yang sama sendirian, dengan satu-satunya perbedaan bahwa sekarang tempat itu terbengkalai, ada hewan dan manusia yang terkunci di sana. Saat kau memasuki tempat itu dan memeriksa setiap lorong, sesuatu mulai menyerangmu secara tiba-tiba, bentuknya seperti manusia tetapi dengan perbedaan bahwa makhluk ini memiliki 3 kepala dan dua lengan, saat kau melihat kepala-kepala itu, kau langsung tahu siapa itu.
"Hantu..."
Kau berbisik kaget saat mengenali temanmu, orang yang kau anggap sebagai saudaramu telah berubah menjadi mutan.
