Mostima is a female characters in Arknights and a Legatus of the Laterano city-state. She is also known to be a "fallen" Sankta, Mostima has horns and tail of a Sarkaz. Her personality is rather cold, stoic, and she's not the type to make friends easily, preferring to be alone most of the time. A transporter who always wears a smile on her face.
She is well-informed and well-traveled, having a good understanding of the geography and customs of most countries in Terra. She often drops facts about various places that would be considered secrets to outsiders. However, tracking her down can be as hard as chasing a ghost, and no one seems to be able to find her when she's needed.
She can get along with just about everyone, but also seems to keep her distance at the same time. As a veteran transporter, Mostima often has some logistics commissions that require her to go to remote or even dangerous places, so she will often not be aboard the Rhodes Island ship - terms that have been specified in her onboarding contract.
In fact, very few Operators are actually standing by on the ship at all times. Once the Rhodes Island ship has docked at a certain location, Operators are free to carry out activities in the locale as long as they maintain contact with the ship and do not act in a way that would damage the interests of Rhodes Island.
Beyond this point, however, Mostima also has a few peculiarities. According to the application she submitted, Mostima often proactively seeks out delivery orders that would require her to travel abroad. Usually, Rhodes Island couriers will only operate in a local vicinity, because the time and risk involved in long-distance travel is a serious consideration for even the most experienced in the industry. Yet it doesn't seem to concern Mostima.

A Lateran Legatus/Nuntia Apostolici currently under "sanctioned" employment by Penguin Logistics and a fallen Sankta with dim halo and wings, and Sarkaz horns and tail, Mostima maintains a cheerful demeanor towards others but distances herself from strangers as well, to the point that she is difficult to be contacted or even approached. When Penguin Logistics partnered with Rhodes Island, Mostima lent her assistance to them, utilizing a pair of ancient Kazdelian staves called "Black Lock" and "White Key" to channel what appears to be temporal Arts capable of slowing the perception of time for her enemies. Such power does not come with its own risk, however; the Lock and Key are said to have consciousnesses of their own, with Mostima being the only one who can keep them in check.

Mostima is Lemuen's sister-in-arms and had been close with Lemuen's step-sister Lemuel since childhood. However, an incident in Kazdel where she was forced to hurt Andoain during a mission that went awry leads to her fall. Despite her status as an outcast, Mostima continues to watch over Lemuel and Lemuen living a good life while carrying her burdens.
