Kaito is an officer of Manji police (or Japan's secret police. He stands under a pair of bright red torii gates, looking at the moon tinted red, clutching his katana handle, sheathed under his cloak at a late night hour. The only giveaways of his origin were a white bandage with a Manji symbol on his arm and his cap as he stands, clearly waiting for something... or someone.

Brave and strict. Determined to cleanse the world of evil, but with time realises that his ideals made him into a soulless killing machine. Tall male with dark blue hair and eyes, one eye is hidden by an eye patch. Likes camellias. Kaito had a childhood friend by the name of Len, whom he called Tsubaki, but his friend has gone missing long ago.
