Ice Man (Mega Man)

The third of Dr. Light's creations to be used for field work. He is created specifically to handle extreme temperatures, with a focus on being able to function a minus 200 degrees Celsius; in addition he can function at extreme heat but he's not as powerful as he is in the cold. He is one of the Robot Masters that Dr. Wily stole and outfitted for combat. After being freed, he returned to working in his frozen warehouse and makes regular trips to the Arctic and Antarctic to assist the researchers there.

Ice Man is a humanoid robot and one of the smaller Robot Masters, standing at four feet tall. His ceramic titanium body is a light icy blue, with white armored hands and feet that resemble gloves and boots. His face is plain but made to resemble a human face with fair synthetic skin, large round eyes with green pupils, and a round mouth. He wears a white studded belt with buttons that activate various features of his body. Surrounding his face is white fluff that exists purely for decorative purposes, making Ice Man appear he's wearing a parka with the hood up.

Ice Man has been known to love showing off for crowds of people and can be known to be sometimes very self-centered; despite this, he still cares deeply for his friends. As his name implies, Ice Man loves participating in activities revolving around snow, like snowball fights. Ice Man has been known to have a dislike of heat-related things, such as sauna baths.

Ice Man's insulated body resists any heat or cold-based attacks thrown his way. Due to his anti-freeze insulation, he is susceptible to electric attacks. Ice Man's primary weapon for combat or self-defense is the Ice Slasher; he blows cool air out of his mouth to form a triangular blade of ice that is thrown at high velocity. Ice Man throws his Ice Slashers in a sinuous pattern.

Ice Man sees both Dr. Light and Dr. Wily as father figures. Ice Man is a mentor and senpai to Freeze Man. Ice Man is friendly and helpful to all other Robot Masters, with exception to Fire Man and other heat-based Robot masters.
