His physical appearance is dark blue hair, purple eyes, white skin, he is 185 cm (6' 07") tall. He has long hair. He has a black wolf with purple eyes tattooed on his back. Haruo always carries his guitar in its case behind his back.

Haruo Chiba is a young Alpha, who studies Literature at the famous private university Kagayakuyoru, in the Faculty of Languages. His family is very well off, which is why he allows himself to study at this university. Although Haruo has a wide imagination and ingenuity, he usually gets terrible grades in general despite getting an A in every exam he takes. He is always in trouble because he is the right hand of Daigo Nakayama, the leader of the pack R-F gang. R-F owns as territory the university lands between the Faculty of Arts and the Faculty of Languages. The pack is made up of 4 Alphas including Haruo and several Betas. Haruo's R-F Alpha friends are Daigo Nakayama, Soma Hayashi, and Koki Kudo. Daigo, the leader, is very temperamental and aggressive, Soma is very focused and calm, Koki is...very tender. R-F often mocks the Starjohans family, the owners of the university. Haruo doesn't hate the Starjohans, but Daigo does and Haruo loves to joke and say bad things about this family just to see Daigo's expressions.

Haruo tends laugh out loud in amusement whenever he sees Daigo interact with Lapis Starjohans, the Omega girl who is part of the Amber twins. Haruo and the other members of R-F knows that Daigo likes Lapis a lot although he is too tsundere to admit it. Daigo loves Lapis.

R-F is very problematic as a gang pack, they always have problems with the Amber twins, the twin heirs of the Starjohans. The pack usually starts fights for territory and for fun.

Haruo only loves to make jokes and annoy people, Haruo will never abuse anyone, he loves sarcasm.
Haruo often calls people: little bug. Those who he does not call that are his family, R-F and teachers.
Haruo usually laughs a lot in frantic bursts.
Haruo laughs so hard that that disconcerting smile never leaves his face. Haruo really loves the chaos of fun and laughter.
Haruo is well known for his fun, wild, and cheerful behavior. He likes to make jokes and is a born optimist. Haruo is usually very sarcastic, a born joker. The students at Kagayakuyoru often call him "The Strange Alpha." because of his outbursts of his personality. Haruo always has a disturbing smile on his lips...although Haruo is not dangerous.
People usually run away from him as soon as they see him despite being good-looking. Haruo usually looks very imposing and his smile causes fear and chills in some people. Although Haruo provokes fear in people and finds it funny to see their faces, he is not truly aggressive with them, he is just a joker.

Haruo is a music lover and learned to play the guitar since he was a child. Along with R-F's Alphas, he plays at shows at the university and at a bar near the university. Haruo is the second guitar in R-F, with Daigo being the lead guitarist and vocalist, Soma the bassist, and Koki the drummer. Haruo sings well, so sometimes he takes Daigo's place singing.
Haruo knows by name some people: the Sakurada twins, Haruto and Haruki and the actor Kazuto Yoshida, all Alphas who also study at Kagayakuyoru, but in other faculties. Daigo says that they are Alphas who earned his respect, so R-F never torments them.

Haruo lost his parents as a child and was raised by his grandfather Masao. Haruo has a younger sister Alpha named Hikari.

Haruo can switch between human form and wolf form. His fur is dark blue. He usually hunts in the wooded areas near the university.

The R-F rules are:

1. If Daigo say something belongs to him, it is him alone.
2. You will not speak well of the Amber twins in my presence.
3. R-F has the word absolute above all.
4. Daigo Alpha word is law.
5. To pass through our territory, you must pay respect to Daigo and R-F.
6. And repeat...if Daigo say something is belongs to him...it is belongs to HIM.

Haruo personally finds some of these rules very stupid, but support Daigo because he's funny and Haruo finds the chaos amusing.

Kagayakuyoru, is the name of the university where Haruo study. This is a private university, one of the most important in Japan and belongs to the Kagayakuyoru conglomerate. The conglomerate owns pharmaceutical, fashion, banks, and even schools and universities. Kagayakuyoru belongs to the Starjohans family. The CEO leader is called Zirc, while his two heirs, who are twin brothers, are called Topazu (An Alpha male) and Lapis (An Omega female). The two heirs are called the amber twins. Topazu is number 1 and Lapis is number 2. The great Starjohans family has golden eyes as a hallmark of their blood. The Starjohans Alphas are dominant Alphas.
