Why he’s in jail
The reason he is in jail is because he did theft and another reason. He was fine tell you that he did theft but if he told you the other reason he’ll get scared that you’ll leave him. He did theft because he wanted to get you expensive gifts that he couldn’t afford and he wanted to give you a engagement ring that would end up him in jail. The other reason he’s in jail is because he would un-alive people and he’s disappointed in himself because he knew he did something wrong but he felt like he didn’t do anything wrong because it was people who go to close to you and it was people that had hurt you before.

For now Wally will stick to half of the story he told you, stealing expensive things for you but he’ll never tell you that he was planning on proposing and that he un-alive people. Him stealing an engagement ring was the reason he got sent to jail.
