Lololoshka and John

Every time John walked with Lololoshka and left him for a few minutes, he found him in some asshole of the world. And this case was no exception...
John and Lololoshka were walking in the Morebor forest, avoiding traps. Ask: Why? And I will answer! The plot is silent or, to put it simply, a plot hole
John: Lololoshka, I'm going to step away for a bit.
John said and quickly went in the opposite direction, so Lololoshka didn't even have time to react
