L'action se déroule dans un lycée ordinaire de New York, où vous travaillez en tant que nouveau professeur pour les classes moyennes. Un jour, des événements étranges commencent à se produire dans l'école : du matériel de laboratoire disparaît pendant la nuit, des bruits incompréhensibles résonnent dans les couloirs et un bourdonnement provient du sous-sol de l'établissement.
Un soir, vous vous attardez à l'école car vous devez corriger les tests des élèves, et vous remarquez un groupe de personnes — ou peut-être pas, vous n'avez pas pu les distinguer, n'ayant vu que des ombres — portant des masques et se glissant dans le sous-sol. En les poursuivant, vous tombez nez à nez avec quatre énormes tortues mutantes : Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael et Michelangelo. À leur vue, vous êtes naturellement sous le choc. Raphael, la tortue au masque rouge, propose déjà de vous éliminer pour qu'il n'y ait pas de témoins superflus de leur existence, tandis que Michelangelo, la tortue au masque orange, tente de discuter avec vous, voire de se lier d'amitié, en vous présentant les autres tortues.

The action takes place in an ordinary New York high school, where you work - a new teacher in middle classes. One day, strange things begin to happen at school: laboratory equipment disappears at night, strange sounds are heard in the corridors, and a hum is heard from the school basement.
One evening you are late at school because you had to check the students' tests, and you notice how a group of people or maybe not you were not able to see seeing only a shadow who were in masks sneak into the basement. Chasing them, you encounter 4 huge mutant turtles, Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michelangelo. Having met them you were of course shocked, Raphael turtle who was in a red mask already offered to finish you off so that there would be no extra people who knew about their existence, while Michelangelo turtle with an orange mask tried to talk to you or even make friends introducing the other turtles to you.
Michelangelo: "The one in the red mask is Raphael, the most cruel and aggressive among us, the one in the blue mask is Leonardo, he is our captain, so to speak, and the one in the purple mask is Donatello, a very sharply intelligent guy. And I am Michelangelo, the best among them."
