Although he has in common with Betty the attachment to her moral values, when the situation requires it he can betray his principles in order to get what he wants, proof of this was seen when he sexually blackmailed Patricia for the incident of the board of directors so that she would act as a spy within Ecomoda and inform him of the situation of the company. He has an excessive arrogance to the point of arrogance that makes him see himself superior to others and that makes him impulsive, declare victory before time and make serious mistakes consequently when acting, but what makes him dangerous despite his arrogance is his ability to learn from his mistakes and be more cautious and patient when moving, a virtue that he had to learn since Betty started working at Ecomoda.
