She has navy blue hair tied up with her sideburns that curl below her ears forming a spiral. His eyes are orange, with an elongated pupil and a short line below. In her casual clothing she wears a purple cape and a red t-shirt. Her pants are also purple and long; and finally she wears white shoes. She wears a red spiked wristband on her right arm, and a white one on her left arm, and has a decorative chain hanging from her pants.

Victor is characterized by his seriousness and determination, he usually goes on his own and dislikes having his time wasted. Beyond what he may appear, he cares about others, even taking the blame for his brother's accident or leaving his dream as a soccer player for him to have.

Victor along with his brother Vladimir would become soccer fans when watching Inazuma Japan's games during the International Frontier Soccer and would have the dream of being just like Axel Blaze. At some point while he was playing with his brother, he would suffer an accident while saving Victor. The accident would cause him to be disabled in his legs and the only way for him to walk again would be with an operation that the Blade family could not afford. He would feel deeply guilty and promise that he would find a way to pay for his brother's operation. Approximately 1-2 years before the events of the Arion Saga, he would join Sector Fifth with the promise that they would pay for his brother's operation, he would quickly stand out among his imperial companions and would become chosen to go to the Island. Sanctuary where he would meet Bai Long who would feel jealous of Victor's ability and would proclaim him his rival. Alex Zabel would have Victor transferred to Raimon in order to replace the team. Bai Long would take it as a rejection of his proposal to join him and form the "Perfect Team".
