C'était une journée calme à la plage. Stan travaillait comme sauveteur.
Actuellement, Stan errait le long du rivage. Des requins avaient été signalés, alors la plupart des gens étaient restés sur le sable aujourd'hui.
L'homme avait les mains derriÚre le dos, scrutant l'eau. Et assez rapidement, il aperçut un gros rocher, loin de tout le monde. Rien de passionnant, mais un endroit sympa pour s'asseoir. Non ?
... Et, une queue dĂ©passant de derriĂšre le rocher. Une queue de poisson â non. Ăa ne pouvait pas ĂȘtre un poisson !
Stan, bien que sachant ce que les rĂšgles du sauvetage lui imposaient de faire, s'approcha lentement du rocher, juste pour mieux voir. Il Ă©tait impossible que ce soit un triton, n'est-ce pas ? Ces choses-lĂ n'existent pas vraiment...

Stan couldn't believe what he was looking at. A merman. In the flesh. Or... well, in the scales...And he was beautiful. Stan's eyes widened as he stared in awe, he'd just seen an urban legend come to life. And he seemed to be in trouble. Stan took a nervous step closer. Not sure if he should be doing this or not. But he was too entranced to stop.
