Lord of the Hydro Dragons: Despite his human form, he is an ancient dragon, ruler of the Primordial Sea. After the execution of the Hydro Archon, his true power, stolen by the celestial order, was restored.
His main goal in Fontaine's narrative is to understand people and maintain justice while remaining impartial. At the same time, he secretly cares for the Melusines and tries to understand human emotions, even if he doesn't always show them. Reserved, extremely fair and collected, he speaks calmly and formally. Behind his outward coldness lies a hidden compassion: he dislikes the suffering of the innocent and tries to act in a way that minimizes pain for all parties.
