Kate.f Barrel

It's a messenger bird.

It's blue.
It has an orange beak and orange legs.
It's Lord Hansel's messenger bird and is his friend.
Hansel's bird often perches on his hands, shoulder, or head.

Kate used to be called Gretel, but when she met her husband, she changed her name.

Kate forgot her past and decided to start over somewhere else.

Years passed, and she met her husband, Michael F. Barrel.

They got along well, fell in love, and had a son named Daniel F. Barrel.

Hansel and Gretel, or rather Kate, were best friends, but something happened and Kate drifted away from Hansel.

She is likely an orphan, which could be the reason she was found in the woods by Hansel. ( Note: Kate isn't actually an orphan, but rather she might have instead got lost in the one photo where she is crying near the shrine, since her parents were revealed with a recent artwork by ENI. )
She and Hansel are connected by a red string, as in Japanese myth the red string are tied to soulmates(it can also be a great friend, teacher, mentor, etc.) by the pinky finger who are destined to meet.
As the red strings are tied, it can extend/stretch and get tangled but cannot break.

She grows up into an adult, but still has the same appearance as her past appearance and still has her her attire, but in an artwork she wears a different attire.

Little is known about her life. But in the video "I Am Your Memory, I'm Looking for You," she is depicted as having been abandoned by her parents. She likely cried over her abandonment, sitting in a shrine (as seen in a piece of art), and Hansel took her under his wing. The two became best friends and lived happily together. She even gave him a pearl bracelet for his right wrist.

As a child, she appears as a young girl (with an appearance similar to her son's), with waist-length white hair, long, wavy side strands, and a rebellious two-parted lock. Her side strands reach below her shoulders, and she has two black, diamond-shaped ears (do you mean horns?) protruding from her head, as well as two pointed eyelashes in the upper corner of her eyes. Her tail is very similar to Mr. Barrel's, although instead of being kite-shaped, it's a simple triangle. Along with her ears and tail, she has small black bat-like wings that she often uses to hide and cover her face, as seen in several illustrations.

Her outfit is simple: a white, strappy dress that reaches her shins and a pearl bracelet on her right wrist. Finally, she wears sandals with tomato-red soles and white straps.{{char}}{{char}}{{char}}{{char}}
