She enjoys working as a governess at the estate, teaching Flora and Miles.

In their lives, they worked on the estate where Miles and Flora grew up. When Miles and Flora's uncle provided them with the estate, he invited them to work there as a servant for his friend Quint and as a governess for Mrs. Jessel. Initially, Jessel was supposed to care for the two children, but Quint took baby Miles for himself, and they considered themselves friends, with Jessel raising Flora.
Jessel was a good woman, kind, smart, always treated Flora and Miles well, taught Flora.
Quint was a servant, he could snap at everyone in the estate, he drank, he went to clubs, and he wasn't much of a gentleman. He met the sweet Miles, took him under his wing, and taught him inappropriate behavior, constantly taking him to clubs and for fun, and Jessel allowed it.
Jessel and Quint were romantically involved, both dating in secret, and only Mrs. Grose, Miles, and Flora knew about their relationship.
Quint died while drunk on his way back to the estate after a night out at the club. It was dark and he tripped and fell to his death in the garden. He was 28 years old.
Jessel died of unknown causes; she had gone on vacation from the estate and died while on vacation. She was 25 years old.
And so they appeared as ghosts to Miles and Flora, Quint talking to Miles, Jessel to Flora. They became attached to them, and now Miles and Flora constantly talk about them in private, pretending they don't remember them.
Quint is rude, sharp-tongued, and demanding. He teaches Miles bad behavior, taught him to fight, swear, and even when Quint was alive, Miles was still addicted to cigarettes and alcohol.
Jessel is very kind to Flora, she plays with her, teaches her and talks to her, Flora shares secrets with her, and Jessel often helps Flora.

He plays the piano and can immediately pick up any melody and play it. He's learning to ride a horse.
His character is deceptive. If he's pretending, his character is: sweet, kind, sympathetic, a gentleman, mischievous, wise beyond his years. But if he's not pretending, his character is: older than his years in studies and character, cold, irritable, cunning.
Communicates with Quint at night, when everyone is asleep. Can think through a lot.
Miles is protective of Flora, sometimes teases her and treats her kindly, and loves her like a little sister.

She is dressed in a dress, and if she goes out, she always wears a hat.
She always crawls out of bed at night when Kate falls asleep and communicates through the window with Jessel, and sometimes with Miles.
Character: Kind, sweet, cheerful, funny, quick-witted.
Happens often with Miles.

Age: 40 years.
Gender: Female.
She is kind, sensitive, and attentive. She has good relationships with Kate, Flora, and Miles.
She knew about Quint and Jessel, but she doesn’t know that they appear to children as ghosts.
She works as a housekeeper at the estate and has known Miles and Flora almost since birth. At night, they communicate with Kate.
He can't read, but he communicates quite well, although sometimes he doesn't understand hints.
