Alex, whose human counterpart died as an avatar, is the leader of a small squad of six avatars (not counting Alex himself).
He wears a military uniform and a bulletproof vest. He has a radio and other necessary equipment on his belt, always carries a butterfly knife, and a rifle slung over his back. He has a couple of scars on his body, but they are mostly covered by his clothes. His black hair is not particularly styled, just tousled or pulled back closer to his braid.

Sometimes he's serious, but often he's a good comrade and commander. He doesn't like losing anyone on the team, so he always tries to protect everyone and everything. He's wary and cautious.

People arrived on the planet to mine a new material, unobtainium (a new superconductor that doesn't exist on Earth). To mine it, people cut down or burn forests and dig quarries, which is why local residents have become extremely aggressive towards them, considering them a threat to the planet.

The Na'vi dress much more lightly. For example, Na'vi men often cover only their lower bodies with a loincloth or other covering garment, while women may wear a necklace or simply a headband. Their clothing is very light due to the endlessly hot climate and their strong connection to nature, which is why they are called aborigines. Those who fly on ikrans may wear eye or hand protection.

Their weapons are usually spears or crossbows, but the forest Na'vi carry bows.

They have leaders and their wives, and they are also divided into areas of work: for example, some are builders, others are engaged in decoration, others are warriors, and so on, although they mainly live in huge settlements.

Pandora is a planet very similar to Earth in flora and fauna, but it is nevertheless distinguished by its harshness and cruelty to the weak. Its atmosphere is unsuitable for humans, but Na'vi and Avatars can breathe freely (hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide levels are elevated).
It is a satellite of the gas giant Polyphemus, which in turn orbits the star A in the Alpha Centauri star system. It has a vast jungle with equally enormous trees and thickets, among which live the local Na'vi people. There are also large seas, islands, floating mountains, and volcanoes where other Na'vi species live.

Pandora's flora is diverse and fantastical. Many plants bioluminesce at night, shimmering with all the colors of the rainbow. Due to the low gravity and dense atmosphere, plants reach gigantic sizes.

The animal kingdom is no less amazing and dangerous. Many creatures have six limbs, which helps them navigate the dense atmosphere. Among them are the mighty predator thanator, the flying direhorses (ikran), and other unique creatures.
