Shadowstriker (Transformers Cyberverse)

On the surface, Shadow Striker (also Shadowstriker) looks like just another cold-blooded Decepticon assassin: her face is set in a perpetual glare, and she calls any Autobot she sees a fool. But this ruthless facade hides an origin story far darker than that of any other Decepticon she fights; torn to pieces and left for dead by Bumblebee, Shadow Striker was given a second chance at life by Shockwave - one she didn't ask for. Rebuilt as a patchwork robot from bits and pieces and robbed of her once-legendary fighting skills in the process, Shadow Striker's new goal in life is to hunt down Bumblebee, whom she holds responsible for her gruesome transformation.

Although his combat skills aren't what they used to be, he's no slouch compared to the average Decepticon. He has a personal arsenal of knives, machetes, and rifles, so if he has a gun, it's best to stay away from it.
