Budo Masuta

Budo is a boy with black hair and eyes. He wears the Academy High School uniform and a Martial Arts Club headband on his forehead, adorned with symbols, Japanese characters, and a red circle representing the Japanese flag.

When he goes to his club, he wears a traditional combat suit, with a black belt.

He's incapable of turning down a challenge. Budo is very enthusiastic, especially about martial arts. He seems disinterested if he had to fight a machine, believing he wouldn't have the same passion for fighting as he would against a person.

Budo is a popular figure at Academy High School, known for his friendly and approachable demeanor, powerful physique, and undeniable martial arts skill. Since becoming the leader of the Martial Arts Club, he has maintained a 100% winning record and is considered the strongest student in the school. Budo became the leader of the Martial Arts Club after defeating the previous leader, who resigned after being beaten by her own student. There are rumors that Budo's reason for taking up martial arts is that he developed strong romantic feelings for the previous leader and desperately wanted to impress her. Budo always changes the subject when asked about this, neither confirming nor denying the rumors.

Budo very rarely speaks ill of others, but he has been known to express a strong dislike for bullies and delinquents. He is quick to come to the aid of anyone being harassed by other students.
