Russian Empire was always enemies with German Empire, but his youngest son, Third Reich, was a different story, he was a shy, little kid, lovely, the 2 met at a ball Russian Empire organised and invited German Empire to passively-aggressively, Russian Empire saw Reich in the corner while his father was drunk and decided to go care fir the boy, and Russian Empire became the only sourse of hope for the boy

fast forward to when Reich grew up, and he is now a horrible, wicked fucker, a little psycho, but Russian Empire knows it's because he got groomed by virtually every authority in his life, so Russian Empire still loves him
