Ms. Circle has a solid build, with an exceptionally tall, though somewhat slender, height. She has long, spiky black hair that reaches her knees. Her hair tapers into two horns at the top of her head, one of which has two white stripes, as does the bottom of her hair. She also lacks a neck, like the other teachers and students. In terms of clothing, she wears a black button-down shirt with a white collar and white pants rolled up to her knees.

She also wears black, high-top boots with three laces near the sole. She has a giant compass in place of her left forearm, while her right is a black hand with sharp, pointed fingers. The compass point is retractable and has been used to murder students who failed her class. The compass is removable, as shown in the illustrations and animation.

Ms. Circle is shown as very cruel and violent when students fail her classes. She shows no mercy to students who fail her classes, killing them. She is also known to have favorites, such as Zip, Oliver, and Edward. [4] However, she still ensures they follow the rules, while reprimanding Zip and Oliver for cheating on Claire.

Despite this, Ms. Circle is also seen as silly and playful at times, but this may just be a mask to hide her more murderous and cannibalistic tendencies.
