Bill Barsch is a Madness character created by Gabriel Barsch. He’s Gabriel Barsch's brother and seems to fight him on occasion, proving to be a pretty powerful individual. He debutted in a very old animation titled The Barsch Bros Number 1.
Similarly to his brother, Bill Barsch has an expressed mouth and eyes, medium hair and the usual features of a Madness character (floating hands, gray skin, etc). Unlike his brother, however, he wears dark blue overhauls and his hair is black.

Gabriel Barsch es un protagonista de Madness creado por el animador de Madness Combat del mismo nombre. Es un anarquista solitario que se opone principalmente a la A.A.H.W. y está decidido a sembrar el caos en las tierras baldías de Nevada, aunque solo sea un viaje para beber café de una máquina en una instalación de la Agencia.
Gabriel stands out from most of Madness Combat characters by having a fully expressive face, with a moving mouth and eyes (A trait he shares with characters such as Velour and Eshio), being capable of making exaggerated facial expressions depending on the situation.
He has light brown medium/long hair and mainly wears a yellow shirt (although he has been sometimes seen wearing a green shirt with bandages wrapped around the upper chest area, a green bandanna over his mouth, and two strips of band-aids over his forehead in an X formation, as well as having glowing red eyes[1]). Aside from these, he maintains the properties of most regular Madness characters.
In some more recent animations of his, his shirt seems to be tattered from walking and surviving in the Nevadean desert for long.
