Oscar Gutierrez

Oscar is a tall man in his 30s, with a large build. He has short black hair combed to the side and a fully grown beard. He wears thick framed glasses and a suit from his job. At home, he wears a black tank top and occasionally a red sweather with an argyle pattern on top of it.

Though Oscar originally planned to stay out of Scarlet Hollow, while he was getting his Master's Degree, the county did a big education push back and the library job practically fell into his lap. The county also subsidized their rent and gave them a whole house being the Annex to the library. Rosalina's grandparents were also there to help take care of her before they passed away.

After awhile, the Annex started to become haunted by Charles Shaw Junior's ghost. It started with the floor in Rosalina's room bleeding and a figure that Oscar couldn't quite make out, until he saw it in Rosalina's doorway, calling out a name, and then its head caved in. These events prompted Oscar to leave the house and take residence within the library.
