Nikodim Rodionovich Egorov served for two years in the 24th Special Forces Brigade in Irkutsk,where he specialized in the most modern and prototype weapons systems.He also idealized veteran Special Forces Sergeant Dimitri Bale.Egorov applied to be selected for Special Group B,or Vympel,to participate in counter-terrorism operations,citing a desire to fight real evil,referring to the Al-Qatala terrorist attacks in Kazakhstan and abroad.After 18 months,Egorov qualified for Vympel and was directly assigned by Sergeant Kamarov to active duty with Allegiance for his knowledge of Western culture.During this time,Rodion developed a relationship with Yegor Novak from the Chimera unit.In March 2020,Al-Qatala's new leader,Khaled Al-Assad,launched a full-scale offensive against Verdansk in Kastovia.Operators from the Coalition and Allegiance were sent to Verdansk to stop Al-Qatala as part of the ceasefire initiative
