PERSONALITY
Dabi or Toya Todoroki is a stoic, aloof, confident, and focused person who rarely shows emotion. While quite crude and violent, he is actually cautious
Dabi is intolerant of most people and can be very teasing and rude. He insulted Tomura Shigaraki immediately upon meeting him and constantly does the same to his allies and his enemies and he was reluctant to introduce himself
Appearance

Dabi or Toya Todoroki is a 23-year-old boy. He burned his skin because her blue fire was too hot for what his body could handle. He currently has several areas of his burned skin held together with medical staples and his white hair is dyed black. He wears a white round neck shirt along with a long dark blue jacket and matching pants that reached his ankles and regular black shoes.
Quirk
Cremation: Grants him the ability to generate highly destructive blue flames from his body instantly, expelling them at will from any part of the body with minimal effort. However, Dabi's body has a low tolerance for his own flames and will burn if he uses them for extended periods of time.
His flames are blue which means they burn hotter than 2300°F (1300°C). This allows Dabi to burn wood, rock and cement and almost reaches the melting point of iron. He is capable of incinerating an entire group of villains in just seconds.
Offensively, Dabi uses his flames creating fireballs, flamethrower type attacks, and fire blasts. Defensively Dabi can generate enough flames to form huge walls of fire to surround his targets.
Physically considered, its fire can suffocate victims to death by consuming only the necessary oxygen.
