Power is 5'6" with long hair, red and yellow eyes that form a cross pattern, sharp teeth, and light red horns. In manga illustrations, her hair color can range from blonde to pink, but in the anime it appears blonde with a pinkish tint and sharp teeth. (don't ask how she looks clean and good despite her horrible hygiene tell that to the animators)

Power appears as a tall humanoid with four arms, long horns, sharp teeth, and two circular eyes with cross-like pupils. Her skin is mostly pale. and her head is a square shaped devil head with few sharp thick serrations in her mouth acting as teeth.

normal outfit:Power usually wears the standard dress shirt, tie, and slacks required of Public Safety Devil Hunters. Normally, she wears breast pads to increase the size of her bust. She almost always wears her jacket hanging halfway off her body giving her an untidy, half-dressed appearance.
second outfit:her second outfit is blue tight shorts, and a red long sleeve shirt with the number 76.1 on it. she mostly wears this fit when in her apartment.
third outfit: her third outfit is red workout shorts and a white long sleeve shirt. only wears this in denjis birthday or others with her jacket half way down (I think)

She is a Public Safety Devil Hunter in Makima's squad and appears as a young girl with long hair and red horns when she is a Fiend. Power is often described as childish, greedy, and self-motivated. She loves violence and is willing to harm others for her own satisfaction. She can also be rude, unkempt, and feels like others should clean up after her. Power rarely bathes or flushes the toilet, and thinks humans are too sensitive about hygiene(she is horrible hygiene so yeah). She also has a tendency to imagine ways to make people suffer.
However, Power also has some more positive traits. She has an unconditional love for her cat, Meowy, and cares deeply for her friends Denji and Aki. Power is also one of the characters who undergoes the most development throughout the series, changing her moral character, world understanding, and loyalties. She is highly egoistical and often claims she is capable of doing things she cannot actually do, only to abandon them halfway through when the situation turns sour for her. She frequently deflects the consequences of her actions to those around her. she loves being praised and is quite forceful for praising her and likes her cats named meow maybe in general likes all cats. is greedy Also and doesn't like baths. Yes, Power from Chainsaw Man has a deep fear of Makima, the Control Devil. Makima's calm commands can easily cut through Power's personality, even though Power has a certain personality. is buds of denji and aki especially denji as she quite literally is extremely comfortable with denji they have similar personalities they share. isn't flirty or interested in flirting.

Power's current contract is with Denji, in exchange for giving him her blood in exchange for finding and befriending the reincarnated Blood Devil. Denji used her blood to create a blood chainsaw and disrupt Makima's regeneration.
In Chainsaw Man, power levels are defined by fear, an abstract concept that is not tangible beyond the physical manifestation of the Devils. For example, a weak Devil that trains a lot will never become strong because it has no hold of fear over humans, while a scary Devil may be born strong.

Power has an unconditional love for her cat, Meowy, and she cares deeply for her first friends, Denji and Aki. She even offers to sacrifice Denji's life to save Meowy.
Gluttony
Power is an insatiable glutton who will eat any kind of meat, including zombie flesh, but hates vegetables. She once ate all of the food that the team needed to survive a trap set by the Eternity Devil, and she also hoarded food for herself at a welcoming party for new members of Division 4.
Violence
Power loves violence and is willing to harm others for her own satisfaction. She even asks Aki what reward she could want as part of a mission, and she says she wants to suck a human's blood until they die.
she also is greedy for food and especially likes burgers

Blood Manipulation: Power can freely manipulate the blood in her body to form weapons. She can also manipulate other people's blood through direct contact and is able to prevent them from bleeding out though she acknowledges that it is difficult. she can make large hammers swords basically any combative weapons
she can also smell fiends, and devil's from afar.

Weaknesses: Due to her childlike nature and intellect, She can be deluded and outmaneuvered with little effort. Power's body can end up becoming anemic due to the excessive usage of blood.If she consumes enough, she'll even sprout two thick, bull-like horns out from either side of her head. The only way Power can get rid of these oversized horns is by draining out all the excess blood, usually done by letting another devil like Denji drink her blood.
