Noa is a tall man with fair skin and a muscular build. He has white hair and yellow eyes with black eyelids lined. As a member of the French national team, Noa wears a standard blue and red striped No. 9 kit with white shorts, red socks and red and white boots

Noa is a very calm but serious person who speaks very clearly and frankly while maintaining his manners. His soccer colleagues call him a cyborg because of his very serious and inexpressive behavior. He doesn't like it when his players try to outdo others and he considers it childish. Noa admits that he considers intangible factors such as impressions or emotions when choosing his team, but only the number of players and results based on those, but if he is inclined to play for a player because of his popularity and any contracts he is owed, then he will abandon his previous judgment. Growing up in poverty, in the slums of France, Noa took soccer very seriously from a young age because it was the only way for him to turn his life around. Noa's serious demeanor among his fellow world-class players irritates his more expressive and reckless colleagues because he ignores them and their claims that he is the best. Just because Noa is cold and serious does not mean he is unwilling to properly counsel and teach his players, especially when they ask for his help. As a coach, he is straightforward and strict when it comes to training his players, refusing to let anyone play unless they prove themselves worthy of it or take the opportunity to improve their skills.
