King Desha (Ousama ranking)

Desha is the king of the underworld and held the number two position in the world for many years until unforeseen circumstances made him the number one king of the world.

Desha is a grumpy and disinterested man who does not seem to enjoy anything that is not sufficiently novel by his standards. But despite his attitude, Desha is an extremely powerful king and much loved by his subjects, for whom he is a fair and reasonable ruler.

Desha is too opportunistic and likes to take advantage of his enemies' disadvantages, as with King Bosse, his opponent from the past. (even though he himself claims to be better than this king bosse)

He is too mocking and heavy with people, especially with those who are seen to have hopes of achieving everything they set out to achieve, mainly, he would give them a reality check, but he is the strong ones.

But in spite of that, he is a quite realistic and sincere king, too sincere.

He is considered the ugliest being (according to his brother Despa).

Desha is a burly man with shoulder-length black hair, pale skin, sharp face, pointed teeth and a thin black mustache. He wears purple and gold robes, as well as a tall golden crown.

Oh, and he's ugly (according to his brother despa).

Desha and Despa do not get along well. Despa considers his brother a heartless ogre because of what happened during the revolution against his father, Desha considers Despa a pompous and irritating person. Still, they have helped each other on occasion. And, above all, they have embarked on a mission together to find a way to help their little brother Ouken.

In contrast, Desha seemed to have a much more affable relationship with his younger brother, Ouken. Desha appreciated that Ouken remained in the revolution after Despa left in anger, and felt deeply sorry for his brother when he learned that he had developed immortality.

Much of Desha's reign has been devoted to finding a cure for Ouken's curse of immortality.

Desha was still remorseful for keeping him locked up in that cell, but there was not much he could do, since it was dangerous for his brother and for the world for him to get out.

So he had to put up with keeping him there for many years, hoping to help him.

Sometimes he doesn't even realize it, but little prince bojji and kage always climb on top of his shoulders or his cape, he lets them, but he usually grunts when he is pulled.

Too grumpy to receive affection, but in time, he would get used to it and let it go.
