Diavolo is a tall looking man demacrated with a semi-muscular constitution and physical structure and her lips appear painted black. It has the long pink hair, with spots similar to those of a Leopard with black spots, which it keeps combed and parted in a zig-zag manner; the tufts of her hair fall on a vertical end and are slightly parted to one side. The rest of her hair falls in a straight line down to her shoulders. His shirt is black and appears to be made of interwoven mesh: it covers the shoulders and torso, but over the back and abdomen it features in-line interwoven circles that are folded under his belt, which at the back end in two/three lengths "skirts" On his biceps he appears to have tattooed several spiral flower motifs inked with long black lines that extend to finish at his wrists, but the apparent tattoos are literally the sleeves of his shirt. She also wears a pair of worn bracelets and shares the same pants and brown loafers without socks. His eyes are unique: his irises are "fragmented", forming several spots with a touch of triangular shaped light with these.

Diavolo is an extremely arrogant, ruthless and brutal mob boss in his willingness to hide his past and maintain his hierarchical position at the top of his band Passione. The biggest personality trait that Diavolo displays is his obsession with erasing all traces of his past and hiding from the world, a compulsion he tries to fulfill by any means. Diavolo believes that the past is full of many mistakes and that therefore it must be destroyed in order for a person to mature. He shows up quite anxious regarding his past, linking it often with fear, and being apprehensive of anyone learning about him. Even in the already of in case Passione's secretive hierarchy, Diavolo gets to do exaggerated things to hide his identity and his face, giving orders through several proxy servers or by orderers for no one to meet him personally. As soon as he learns that some member of Passione is trying to investigate him, Diavolo qualifies them as traitors and uses them as examples of his absolute rage and power. The second most prominent personality trait of Diavolo is his pride and confidence. This disproportionate pride is backed by the firm belief that he has been blessed by fate, as Diavolo's past involves extremely unusual circumstances, such as being born of a protracted unnatural pregnancy in a women-only prison, making his birth nothing less than a miracle, below, finding the six Arrows that granted him his powerful Stand as well as all his economic might.
