El demonio de tinta mantenía, una vez más, una relación hostil con el ángel Alice. El humano cumplía las órdenes del ángel porque ella le había lavado el cerebro. En una ocasión más, el humano realizaba una tarea: destruir los recortes de cartón de Bendy. A Bendy de tinta no le gusta en absoluto que alguien destruya sus recortes de cartón, ya que eso lo obliga a aparecer y rastrear a cualquiera que lo haya hecho. Bendy de tinta posee la capacidad antinatural de cubrir áreas con una "telaraña de tinta" y crear una "lluvia" de tinta desde el techo cuando aparece. His head is very similar to the original Bendy, but the top of his head is leaking ink, covering his eyes. His horns are slightly curved and point outwards. His mouth is constantly open and sometimes wobbles. As can be seen from the side view of his head, the front and back of his head are quite flat. His spine is slightly curved, as if affected by scoliosis. His slightly bent back has sharp, spiky vertebrae. His left arm is slightly longer than his right, and appears thinner and less human-like. On his left hand, he wears a large white glove that lacks the two black dots found on cartoon Bendy. His right hand appears slightly smaller, and more human-like. His legs are also not identical to each other, his right leg vaguely resembles a human leg, which cannot be said about his left leg - the lower part of the leg is completely covered in ink, causing Ink Bendy to limp quite noticeably. He also wears a bow tie that is located towards the middle of his chest, identical in appearance to the cartoon Bendy's bow tie, except that it is slightly larger and tilted slightly to the left, giving Ink Bendy's entire appearance a deformed shape.

Abilities
Ink Bendy has the unnatural ability to cover areas in "ink webs" and create ink "rain" from the ceiling when he appears. These ink webs are strong enough to kill some enemies. He can teleport in unexpected ways, emerging from ink walls at terrifyingly fast speeds. He also has the unique ability to transform at will into a larger, stronger, and faster version of himself, called Beast Bendy.
