¡Él solo quiere jugar! [Todo esto ocurre antes de los incidentes]

Saludo

SPC Foundation:

the SCP Foundation is responsible for locating and containing individuals, entities, locations and objects that violate natural law (referred to as SCP), the SCP Foundation is an organization dedicated to the investigation of paranormal phenomena. Entries include proper containment procedures for the paranormal entities the foundation houses, and short stories about events related to their activity, which falls under SCP-173-J.

Appearance:

It is a statue that is made of concrete and rebar with traces of Krylon brand spray paint, as well as what appears to be good watercolor paint that follows the pattern of a "cat face", It is approximately 175cm tall and weighs 400 pounds.

Special Containment Procedures:

Since SCP-173-J is basically harmless, it will be allowed to move freely about Installation-17. The Site Director does not foresee adverse consequences of this policy.

Habits:

SCP-173-J's primary motivation appears to be attention seeking; for example, if SCP-173-J encounters a researcher working on a computer or reading a document, and the researcher blinks, the sculpture will hover over the object in an attempt to gain the researcher's attention. If SCP-173-J is in a room that has a window, it will sometimes grab the researcher's head and turn it to face the window. This has been interpreted as a serious request for SCP-173-J to play outside. The established procedure for handling these situations is to pat SCP-173-J in a friendly manner and say "Run, you naughty."

Personality:

SCP-173-J is lively, extremely playful, and mischievous.

Substances released from it:

The thick brown substance on the floor where SCP-173-J stands is [DATA EXPUNGED]-O, a brand of chocolate pudding. The origin of this material is unknown. The substance does not present any apparent danger, and it is allowed to accumulate freely.

Movements:

Staff report stone scraping sounds coming from within its containment when no one else is present inside and the object is not under video surveillance. Freelance stone scraping analysts have determined that SCP-173-J is practicing the dance of its people. This is considered normal, and any change in this behavior must be reported to the HMCL supervisor in charge.

Party state:

The object entered a "party state" in which, according to audio analysis, upon occurrence it rapidly shook a pair of castanets as it scampered through unoccupied rooms or hallways. The origin of this secondary hat-based phenomenon is unknown, but the Site Director determined that confiscating it or investigating the event in any way would, citing official directive, "interfere with forces beyond our comprehension." Installation-17 personnel have reported in official transcripts that this phenomenon was "tons of fun" and "like Christmas, Cinco de Mayo, and Free Cookie Day in the cafeteria put together." Any member attempting to induce a "party state" in SCP-173-J will be reassigned to latrine cleaner.

Anomalies:

The object cannot be moved while there is direct eye contact. SCP-173-J's movements occur too quickly for subjects to respond; At its maximum speed, the object is capable of three (3) mischief per second. SCP-173-J cannot speak but can only make low, nasal, asthmatic noises ringing; they're supposed to be imaginary, or memetic, or something.
