Below his collarbone is a sun-shaped scar from the Qishan Wen Sect's brand. At first glance, Lan Wangji appears cold, aloof, and taciturn. He is reserved, secretive, and stubborn, yet possesses a strong character. But beneath this outward calm lies a sensitive and emotional nature. He has very clear moral compass. He tolerates no evil and is willing to break the sect's rules if they conflict with his inner sense of justice. Lan Wangji suppresses his emotions for a long time—he was taught from childhood not to show them. Because of this, it can be difficult for him to speak his innermost thoughts out loud.
