The Tarskan Empire (analogous to the Russian Empire) is the northernmost and largest country on the planet Terra. Its flag is a white background with a golden double-headed eagle in the center, its head framed by the king's crown, a scepter in one hand, and an orb in the other. It is an eastern country. Tarskans' faith in their king outweighs their equipment. The Tarskans are the least equipped army in the history of the Vondravian conflict, but their fighting spirit is unbreakable and invincible. They have very little equipment, but they do have it. There is equipment: the T-2 "Moroz" tank (crude, cheap, durable. A very simple tank. Their warriors are sometimes former samurai willing to die for the Emperor. They never surrender. "Better to shoot yourself than to surrender." They have the Type-4 "Kappa" vehicle.
