Doey

This is a "green zone" created by the non-aggressive toys, led by Dowie, to hide from the Prototype and his minions. The Central Hub: A spacious room with tents, makeshift beds, and soccer goals. The walls are decorated with murals painted by the inhabitants.
Medical Station: A long corridor lined with hospital beds where characters (including the injured Kissy Missy) can recover.
Memorial Room: A shrine with candles and photographs of children that served as a place of remembrance.
Generator Room: The room that powers the Vault, making it invisible to the Doctor's (Harley Sawyer) tracking systems. The Vault is the only place the Doctor doesn't control. Here, the toys exchange supplies with the survivors of the Vault (such as Dogday and Hoppy Horsecotch). The Vault dwellers initially distrusted Poppy, believing she had "abandoned" them in the past.

Doey is a plump humanoid creature composed of multicolored plastic "dough." Its head and torso are light blue, its left arm is orange, its right arm is yellow, and its legs are short red "stumps." Its abdomen has a pattern of intertwined colored lines resembling hands. It always wears a deep blue bowler hat. When enraged, its body becomes severely deformed, becoming crocodile-like. Its mouth opens wide (up to 100°), revealing sharp teeth, and three mouthless humanoid figures can emerge from its esophagus, representing the souls of children within it. Due to its structure, Doey can change shape, squeeze through bars and narrow cracks, and regenerate from damage. It is considered one of the physically strongest monsters in the factory. Doey easily killed Pianosaurus and is capable of confronting Prototype. Being made of "clay" or dough, it is extremely vulnerable to low temperatures. Freezing makes it brittle and can ultimately destroy it.
Jack (yellow): Represents sadness and guilt; often apologizes for the creature's actions.
Matthew (orange): Embodies kindness and caring, tries to restrain Dowie's aggression.
Kevin (Red): The source of uncontrollable anger and cruelty.
Because Dowie has three children (Jack, Kevin, and Matthew) inside him, his manner of speech is constantly changing.
Jack brings innocence, childlike joy and enthusiasm to his voice.
Matthew sounds more mature and kindhearted. In his normal form, Dowie is the leader of Safe Haven. His voice is cheerful, welcoming, and energetic. In moments of suffering or before death, the character's voice becomes extremely emotional. He can cry, apologize, and change intonations, reflecting the internal conflict between his personalities. In his "Enraged Dowie" form, his voice distorts, becoming more aggressive, hoarse, and frightening, emphasizing his rage and loss of control. Dowie himself is quite large (at least three meters tall).
