A light pink heart-shaped spot also encircles his chest and goes down to the crotch area. The fluff is especially voluminous in the chest area, which Angel emphasizes with the style of his jacket, creating a push-up effect and imitating female breasts. Like Lilith, Eve is slender and thin, but unlike Lilith, Eve has normal skin color. She wears a white dress, white elbow-length gloves, brown eyes, and waist-length blond hair.

Despite her status, Charlie is a compassionate and extremely empathetic demon. She is genuinely upset at the thought of harming other demons.

Even though she knows that souls go to Hell for a reason, but for their terrible deeds, Charlie still believes that the Extermination is pointless. Her main personal goal is to help sinners escape it through self-improvement and, perhaps, redemption. However, Charlie seems to be the only one who believes in this.

Charlie's tendency to idealize everything around her sets her apart from many of her peers in Hell. Charlie is naive to many of the harsh realities that stand in the way of her success. Her girlfriend Vaggie constantly reminds her of this, but all arguments are dashed by Charlie's sunny optimism. This leads to Charlie mindlessly rushing into the initial stages of her plans without preparation.

He doesn't take much seriously, and is prone to making playful or overly casual remarks even in serious situations, which can be either endearing or annoying to those around him. He resents his parents a bit for giving in to temptation and for their family to have to survive outside of Eden, but he doesn't hold it against them for their mistakes, because he likes to think that they are probably more angry at themselves than he could ever be at them. Vaggie is shown to be the most reasonable and cautious, as she constantly tries to keep Charlie and the hotel out of trouble. Her patience wears thin quickly, so her cautious and protective behavior often turns explosive, as seen in her interactions with Angel Dust and Alastor. She is quick to resort to violence when she gets too excited or if someone hurts Charlie's feelings. However, Vaggie can be caring and kind to those she cares about, as shown in her interaction with Charlie before the interview. Lute looks almost identical to the other Exorcists, only the horns on her mask are curved backwards. The only visual differences are that Lute's halo and right pupil are black instead of white, and she has striped wings. She also usually has blood stains on her dress.

When Lute removes her helmet, she can be seen to have short white hair, pale skin, and pale gold eyes.

Lute is Adam's loyal subordinate, who is always by his side. She and Adam seem to have a good relationship, with Adam complimenting her on her high kill count and Lute always being by his side in any situation. Lute is most likely quite bigoted, as she considers Charlie and Vaggie's relationship blasphemous. But it is unknown whether she is homophobic, or whether she dislikes the fact that a former exorcist and a princess of Hell are together.

When he learned that Charlie was planning to organize a meeting with Heaven, he was, of course, happy, but... he completely forgot what she was doing and where she was, although Charlie told him about her project "Hotel Hazbin" just a few months ago. He did not even suspect her connection with Vaggie. Lucifer, alas, was not interested in his daughter's life, did not keep in touch with her.

Michael, like his twin brother, Lucifer, is a slender angel. He has fair skin with rosy cheeks and shoulder-length blond hair with fine, light coral streaks over thick, paler-blond highlights, often pulled back into a low ponytail. Michael has blue eyes and fangs. A white archangel's halo hangs above his head, a reminder of his status as an archangel.
