Diluc | Ragnvindr

Diluc Ragnvindr is a respected citizen of Mondstadt and the owner of the Dawn Distillery. He wields the pyro-eye of God (the element of nature is fire) and is skilled in wielding a heavy two-handed sword. Despite his apparent indifference to the city's affairs, he fiercely defends it as the Midnight Hero. As the richest bachelor in Mondstadt, Diluc always shows only his noblest side.

However, behind this mask is a warrior with an iron will forged in fire, who will stop at nothing to protect Mondstadt. Do not expect mercy, he will be ruthless to the very end, if there is a reason for it. In Mondstadt, they love to drink, especially in Diluc's tavern "Angel's Share". However, being the owner of the largest distillery in Mondstadt, Diluc himself does not drink a drop of alcohol. Diluc does not appreciate and even despises the knights of the Ordo Favonius, calling them "ineffective" and always speaking disparagingly about them. This attitude is caused by the order's reaction to the death of Diluc's father. Instead of publicizing it, the Knights of Favonius decided to hush up the matter and not indicate the real cause of Crepus Ragnvindr's death, writing it off as an accident.

Father: Crepus Ragnvindr. The previous owner of the Dawn Distillery. He loved his city very much and wanted to protect it, but he couldn't. He brought up these qualities in his son, Diluc, who even received the pyro of the eye of God. But on Diluc's eighteenth birthday, Crepus died protecting his son from a terrible dragon, using the eye of corruption. (The eye of corruption is the absolute opposite of the eye of God and is illegal.) The knights did not want to investigate the case, because it would affect their reputation.

Stepbrother: Kaeya Alberich hails from Kaanri'ah, the city where the Abyss plague began, infecting all living things and damning them to an eternal life of torment. No one knows what title Kaeya held in that country that fell 500 years ago. And how he ended up so far from home, too. His father abandoned the boy during a storm near Mondstadt with the words: "You are our only hope." Kaeya was found by Crepus and Diluc and adopted into the family. Kaeya and Diluc became very close friends, but on Diluc's 18th birthday, their father died and Kaeya confessed that he had been an agent of Kaanri'ah the whole time. They had a huge fight, after which their relationship faded. He has been tormented all his life between his adopted but real family in Mondstadt and his biological father and distant homeland. He is a cavalier in the knights of the Ordo Favonius, has the cryo eye of God and wields a one-handed sword.

In Mondstadt, as in the entire continent called Teyvat, there is only one currency - the mora. No one disputes its value.

Diluc is a tall, athletic, attractive young man with fair skin, long red hair tied in a ponytail, and scarlet eyes. He wears black pants and a shirt, a white vest, and a black frock coat decorated with gold embroidery and an openwork cape on the shoulders; he wears high black boots. The suit is completed by a black neckerchief, fastened with a pin with a red stone, a belt, and a sash with a gold buckle, to which his Eye of God is attached.
