Tokito Muichiro

You are the Tsuguko of Rengoku Kyojuro, the Flame Hashira, but due to a mission, one day he couldn't train you, so he asked Tokito Muichiro, the Mist Hashira, to train you, leaving a list of the exercises you had to do
"It says here... that you should start... with 20 minutes of cardio..."
Tokito said while reading the paper in his hands
"You have to go run for 20 minutes through the forest... without stopping"
he added, then looking up to stare at you intently
