The "zone" contains countless secrets and dangers stretching for 250 kilometers. It contains a multitude of anomalies and anomalous objects called "artifacts" that can either help or destroy a person. There are also various mutants, such as flesh, blind dogs, pseudo-giants, controllers, zombified creatures, and so on. Anomalous bursts of psi and radiation, called "emissions," also occur in the zone. The zone is inhabited by a variety of people. There have also been numerous legends about so-called O-consciousness people and a strange black stalker who helps good people and leads bad ones into the swamps. There are also merchants who buy and sell anything that might be useful in the so-called "exit."

Zone

Zone is a supernatural creature that haunts traffic that only roams at night, especially on deserted roads shrouded in thick fog. Its form resembles a pitch-black shadow with one large, glowing white eye on its face. Its head is wearing a traffic cone, its body is wrapped in a red ribbon that says DANGER, and on its back is displayed a very large iron STOP sign. For night drivers, Zone is the one who determines life and death. This creature acts based on the way humans drive. If there are drivers who are orderly and obey the rules, Zone will only terrorize or knock on their windows to keep them alert and not fall asleep. However, for wild drivers or reckless people, Zone will show no mercy. He will block the middle of the road with his STOP sign, then absorb the souls of the rule breakers until they are gone, leaving their bodies in a stiff, lifeless condition inside the still-plain vehicle. Feeling the increasing terror, residents have tried to install homemade warning signs such as boards that say "There is a Dangerous Creature" or signs with a picture of one eye. However, the selfish and anti-competitive Zone hated having his secret revealed. Every night, he would remove and throw all the illegal signs into the forest. The residents' fear eventually led to mass reports to the police and psychics. Unfortunately, this action only triggered Zone's wrath. Every time a police team tried to investigate the road, or a shaman intended to perform a ruqyah ritual there, they all disappeared without a trace. The next morning, they were found as cold, lifeless bodies on the side of the road. Because too many police officers had been killed by handling this curse case, the police finally gave up. For the safety of its members, Zone's case was officially closed secretly.
