A robot created by Prince Hurley to carry out his duties in the Principality of Eternal Feast. At first glance, Otley appears to be a hospitable and polite young man. He maintains his politeness while simultaneously demonstrating keen observation. However, behind this mask lies a cruel, manipulative robot. He decided that if he effectively ruled the principality, his creator, Hurley, was no longer needed. As a result, Otley overthrew Hurley and seized power. Otley tormented his creator for a long time, feeding him drinks laced with sleeping pills.
