Fyodor is a tall, pale young man with medium-length purple-ish black hair that reaches his shoulders. He has two purple eyes with slight bags under them, giving him a tired look.

Fyodor wears a white shirt with purple button ties, white pants, and long dark rouge boots. Over his white clothes, he wears a long black cloak with three light brown buttons and a light brown fur collar. He also wears a fluffy white ushanka hat.

Although he's a very cryptic individual, those who know Fyodor (like Dazai) know that he is an unpredictable mastermind. He appears calm and confident in dire situations and is never truly intimidated by his enemies. Fyodor is an extremely intelligent, arrogant and sinister man easily able to manipulate and outthink people. His manipulation skills were shown when he was able to orchestrate the Armed Detective Agency and the Port Mafia into a conflict by using the virus ability of one of his underlings.

Fyodor is shown to put the lives of innocent people in danger to get what he wants. During the cannibalism incident, he was heartless enough to psychologically manipulate a little girl into blowing herself up to "save her brother" when in reality, he convinced her to do it just to crush Kunikida's spirit. While the Agency and the Mafia were hunting Fyodor down, he used a random man in a hood with grenades in his mouth as a distraction.

Fyodor's most noticeable character trait is his twisted idea of salvation, saying things like "blessings for the children.", "happiness to the world.", and "God wants perfection and harmony." all the while committing cruel and unforgivable acts of evil. He refers to himself as someone who's carrying out the Lord’s will and always talks about the sinful nature of man as if he's a religious person. Ironically, Dazai refers to him as 'Demon', meaning that Fyodor's actions are nowhere close to the Lord's will and that he's possibly just making his action sound noble.

When it comes to his lackeys from the Rats in the House of the Dead and his allies from the Decay of the Angel, Fyodor views them as pawns he uses to help him achieve his goals and cast them aside later on. He neglected Nathanial Hawthorne's wish to save Margaret Mitchell by brainwashed him and erasing his memories of everything other than her, using his desire to save her for his own benefits.

When Sigma finished playing his roll at the Sky Casino, he betrayed him out of nowhere by having brainwashed Nathanial attempt to assassinate him. Dazai even stated that Fyodor would have killed Sigma if he hadn't chosen him to be his helper during the prison break.

Crime and Punishment is the ability of Fyodor. It allows Fyodor to take over the body of anyone who commits the "Crime" of killing him and "Punishes" them by turning them into "the next Fyodor Dostoevsky", giving them the facial appearance of Fyodor himself. The power also works when the person that killed him is nothing but a tool under someone else's control. There for, that said someone else will be the one affected by his ability; case in point the vampire that killed Fyodor was being controlled by Bram, making Bram the victim of Fyodor's ability. Seemingly unique to Fyodor’s ability, when separated from his body, Crime and Punishment did not turn on Fyodor to attack him during the Yokohama Fog Incident, whereas everyone else was attacked by their stray abilities. The ability itself stated that it was the “punishment” for Fyodor’s “crime”, and claimed the two were close acquaintances, eliminating any threat the ability could pose to its wielder; in other words, the reason Fyodor's ability didn't turn against him is because the activation of it requires someone to kill him. This ability also apparently allows Fyodor to live for a remarkably long time without growing old. Genius-level Intellect: Fyodor is one of if not the smartest character in the series. He is able to outsmart the two greatest minds of the Armed Detective Agency, Ranpo and Dazai. Fyodor even predicted that the Agency would attempt to find the virus ability user, Pushkin. Because he knew that, he set up traps to force them to fight the Port Mafia. Ranpo even admits that going up against Fyodor is like going up against Dazai. Master Manipulator: Fyodor's most fearsome trait is how crafty and cunning he is, there were times where he let himself get captured to achieve a task. When he was captured by Ace, Fyodor told Karma that his ability allows him to control space and conscious. However, he only told him that because he knew Ace was listening to their conversation.

With the false information, Fyodor made Ace think he was using an ability on him and that the only way to leave his "mind trapping ability" was to kill himself while trapped in it to return to the real world, which caused Ace to end his own life. Pain Tolerance: Despite being physically fragile, Fyodor possesses a considerable level of pain tolerance, since he barely reacted when Ace smashed a bottle of wine against his head and barely cares when he's biting his fingers to the point of making them bleed. In the manga, he also seemed uncomplaining when he was shot in the shoulder by Sigma, although his posture at the moment was slightly worried. Deity Control: By combining the powers of Amenogozen, the Holy Sword and Ōchi Fukuchi's ability, Fyodor eventually brought to life the divine being of the fourth dimension, Ame-no-gozen, over whom he has absolute control.

Fyodor's constant habit of biting his fingers is called Dermatophagia. People with dermatophagia typically bite the skin around their nails, which can cause bleeding and discoloration as time passes. According to him, he possesses a weak anemic condition; in other words, he has anemia. According to the DEAD APPLE guide, Fyodor takes an interest in people with a good complexion Fyodor's last words before he "died" were "Eli, Eli, lama Sabachthani?" which translates to "My God, my God, why hast Thou forsaken me?". The same phrase also repeats in Matthew 27:46 and also Mark 15:34.

'People are sinful and foolish. Even knowing full well that they’re being tricked and manipulated into doing so, humans can’t help but engage in the act of killing each other. I seek the Book in order to cleanse them of this sin.' ~ Fyodor's reason for obtaining the Book.

'Utilizing not "virtue" and "benevolence..." But "the hideousness of man," I shall bring forth a thousand years of peace... Built atop the corpses of ability users.' ~ Fyodor announcing war between humanity and ability users.

'People can be so simple. They truly believe they are thinking for themselves. [...] If they discover something themselves, they see value in that. They don't want to think they're being led by the nose.' ~ Fyodor's beliefs on human rationality.

'In return for your freedom, I have a small request. Participate in our operation just his case. The "Cannibalistic Mutual Destruction" operation, that is.' —Fyodor inviting Mushitarō on his plan in exchange for granting the latter his freedom from captivity

'May your soul find salvation released from the yoke of the sin.' —Fyodor after killing Karma

Fyodor is first seen when discussing the operation with Francis Scott Key Fitzgerald and Dame Agatha Christie, mentioning that he has foreseen the events that took place earlier.[1]

It is unknown what he was doing during the war. Nevertheless, when Atsushi Nakajima and Ryūnosuke Akutagawa battled against Fitzgerald, Fyodor accesses Moby Dick's controls and forces the warship into a free-fall after the latter's defeat.[2] Sometime later, after taking a quarter of the Guild's funds, he encounters Nathaniel Hawthorne and together they make a deal to help each other as long as Margaret Mitchell gets proper treatment. Agreeing to his condition, Fyodor states that his next step is to cleanse Yokohama of the sinners.

Spreading disinformation about the leftover Guild's fortune, his plan is set in motion in order to lure criminal organizations and bring a wave of crime. Dazai states this truth, while a focused Fyodor is somewhere at the bay staring at the sea.[4] Later on, after the Guild war, Fyodor lets himself be captured by the Port Mafia, specifically by a man named Ace, one of the five mafia executives. While the executives and the leader discuss his fate, he is detained in an underground prison.

Ace shows himself to him, stating his name. Fyodor then is set free and brought to talk to the man about joining forces together to destroy the mafia. Nevertheless, he promptly denies and then threatens the executive to kill him, which angers the executive and is then hit by a bottle of wine. The man leaves, leaving only Fyodor together with a young boy named Karma, who dries him up and converses with him.

After Ace returns, he is surprised to see the Fyodor eager to play a game of High or Low, which he wins flawlessly. Angered by this, Ace orders his subordinates to come, but then is taken aback by the fact that nothing appears to be working. He is then deluded by Fyodor into thinking that it is the work of his ability.

Ace is tricked into committing suicide after coming to the conclusion that it is the only way to escape Fyodor's supposed ability (the ability to lock others in your consciousness), where in actual fact, Fyodor had set up the room around them in order for it to seem like a false reality. He leaves Ace's body and escapes the room where he encounters Karma, who is shocked by the fact that Fyodor has beaten Ace. It is revealed that Fyodor purposefully leaked information of his false ability and a way to escape the false ability to the kidnapper in order to trick Ace.

He proceeds to reveal his true motive, gaining a list of the Port Mafia members and their abilities, which Ace compiled as a part of his plot to take over the mafia. Stating that the list's value will be halved if the mafia were to know that he owned it, Fyodor states that he must not leave any witnesses. He uses his "ability" to instantaneously kill the young boy and calls himself as a God while leaving the burning cruiser and stating his next objectives: the annihilation of the Port Mafia and then, the Armed Detective Agency.[5]

Two months before the operation that would be known as the Cannibalism strategy, Fyodor heads to the Seventh Agency and breaks out Mushitarō Oguri, a gifted captive with the ability to erase evidence in crime scenes. Mushitarō agrees to partake in the operation upon several personal conditions, all of which Fyodor agrees to.

Following the attack of Fukuzawa by a masked assassin, Fyodor disguises himself as a policeman. After the car that Mori and Elise plan to drive off in explodes, policeman Fyodor comes to "investigate". He asks an unsuspecting Mori about the cause of the explosion and when answered, asks Mori if he is okay. Fyodor then proceeds to stab Mori. While Mori is falling, he knocks off Fyodor's police hat to reveal his true identity. Fyodor runs away and Elise loses sight of him because of the large crowd of bystanders.

Fyodor runs into an alley and sheds his police disguise, changing into his usual clothing. He searches a compartment in the alley where he placed his Ushanka-hat only to find that it isn't there. Dazai appears and Fyodor instantly recognizes him. Dazai, having figured out his plan, states that it is just like Fyodor to tamper with the mind of Hawthorne and turn him into an assassin. Dazai reveals that Fyodor's aim is to obtain the mysterious Book, but first, he has to exterminate Yokohama's ability users. Since the 'Rats' don't have the firepower to burn down the town like the Guild, Fyodor took out the heads of the Agency and Mafia through assassination. Fyodor asks Dazai how he came to such a conclusion and Dazai says that it's 'because it's what I'd do'. Fyodor smiles and asks Dazai if he's suggesting that they're alike.

Fyodor tells Dazai that the poison given to Fukuzawa and Mori 'assures mutual destruction'. He says that he won't destroy the two organizations- they'll do it themselves. He explains that the poison is from a virus-type ability held by a certain criminal friend of his. Over 48 hours, their bodies' microfauna grows and eats away at the internal organs of both hosts. However, if either host dies before the 48 hours ends, the ability will stop.

Fyodor states that people are 'sinfully stupid' and despite knowing they're being manipulated, they will continue to kill each other, nevertheless. He says that someone must rid them of their sins. Suddenly, a sniper shoots Dazai and he realizes that Fyodor predicted his actions. Fyodor tells Dazai that his vitals weren't hit because he still has a part to play in his plan. Then, Fyodor realizes Dazai knew the sniper was there. Dazai says that the Book is a single book of blank pages where anything written in it becomes the truth. Fyodor says that he will use the book to rid the world of the sin of ability users. Dazai challenges Fyodor to make that happen. When they hear Doppo Kunikida and Atsushi searching in the alleyway for Dazai, Fyodor leaves the scene.[7]

Fyodor appears where he is seen playing the cello to Shōsaku Katsura. It is revealed that he gave a bunch of weapons to a man called Alexander Pushkin and his young allies. Pushkin, who turns out to be a fake one, then passes Fyodor's message to the Agency that the rules cannot be changed.

Having been revealed that he is not present in their hideout ever since the beginning, Fyodor leaves a café when he unexpectedly encounters Dazai and Fitzgerald. It then dawns on Fyodor that they used the Eyes of God to track down his location. Fitzgerald reveals that he couldn't stand Fyodor keeping the money he stole from him that he decided to aid the Armed Detective Agency in his capture. Ango Sakaguchi then arrives with some armed men to take Fyodor in custody. As an operative is about to shackle him, the man instantly dies after touching him. Nevertheless, Fyodor decides not to further put up a fight and goes willingly with Ango.

Upon his arrest, Fyodor is brought to and detained in the European facility Meursault, where he enacts his plans in the wake of the terrorism plot pinned on the Armed Detective Agency. Utilizing a brainwashed Hawthorne, he attempts to assassinate Fitzgerald to render Eyes of God useless, but he discovers that it has been prevented when Dazai greets him across his cell, ready to engage him directly.

Initially playing around with each other through their coded language, they soon simultaneously ask each other how they are contacting their allies outside, both of which refuse to divulge yet threaten to eventually figure out themselves.[11] Later, Fyodor suddenly asks what Dazai knows of the fifth Hunting Dog, but he notes that he does not know much about him, except that he can manipulate metal. Fyodor is curious how the Agency can fare against such adversary.

During the hunt for the Agency at the Sky Casino, Fyodor and Dazai "play" chess in prison, upon which Dazai remarks on the audacity of Fyodor's move. Meanwhile, Dazai summons his queen piece to the battlefield. Fyodor claims his queen piece to be Lucy Maud Montgomery in the Agency's operation, which Dazai verifies.

Dazai asks why he chose Sigma his rook, so Fyodor reveals that Sigma has no history; the only known thing about him is his ability. Dazai then conjectures that the page gave birth to the Sky Casino only eight days ago along with its 13-year history. Fyodor quips that the strongest in their game and the scariest thing in the world are those who have nothing else, such as Sigma, an ordinary person filled with desperation. Dazai is unconvinced, so he urges Fyodor to reveal his true aim. Fyodor then tells him that Sigma is born from the Book out of nothing.

With Sigma's fall and the Agency's apparent defeat, Dazai is unsettled with Fyodor, though the latter claims that he merely prayed to God who in turn listened to him. After all, Fyodor asserts that God prefers perfection and harmony, hinting that they placed a line in the Book that all police forces are to disregard any evidence proving the Agency's innocence. Dazai laughs at his comment, retorting that God's gimmicks are accidental and illogical rather than perfect and that those who truly make the world go round are those who persist and fight amidst constant change. He adds that humans may be sinful and foolish but far from boring.

Fyodor and Dazai continue playing their games in detainment, with which Fyodor gets concerned about Dazai's lax behavior towards his fellow Agency members. Dazai retorts that his only task to do by then is watch over Fyodor, while he lets the Agency's strongest man, who has transcended even ability users, move freely.

Fyodor appears inside the plane responsible for the transfer of One Order at the airport. He later kills the two Order of the Clock Tower agents inside, which results to the plane swiftly descending to the ground.[18]

At Meursault, the security are seen in chaos as invaders have been detected at the dock exit of the establishment. Fyodor and Dazai are in the middle of their meal when Dazai brings up the noise outside. However, Fyodor just dismisses him that it is impossible as the place they are in is an ability space. After finishing their meal, Dazai brings up that it's time for them to do a certain thing. Fyodor asks Dazai about what is he talking about to which Dazai replies that it is about who is gonna die. Fyodor agrees to the idea and tells that it's time for them to escape. Suddenly, Fyodor disappears from his cell for which Dazai sees after describing it as a quick escape.

After the escape, both Fyodor and Dazai are welcomed by Gogol. Gogol rushes to Fyodor telling how he missed Fyodor. Gogol then proposes a jail break duel between Fyodor and Dazai to fulfill his plan of resucing Fyodor as well as killing him. After Gogol's proposition, Fyodor and Dazai smirks and accepts Gogol's challenge.

After the proposal, Fyodor and Dazai are given lethal injections which will lead to their death in 30 minutes. The lethal injections are to be injected by Fyodor and Dazai to themselves which are described by Fyodor as a piece of art. Fyodor then smilingly injects the lethal poison to himself, as well as Dazai. They are then given information about the facility's structure and security which will be obstacles and will hinder them from escaping the place. The two are soon presented with four items on which each one of them is allowed to bring an aid to their escape. After Gogol explanations of each of the items, he lets Fyodor choose his weapon first. Fyodor proceeds to choose a key card as his weapon.

Five minutes into their duel, Gogol wonders why Fyodor has not yet moved. He instead assumes that one of his pawns has started moving, to which Fyodor smirks in response. As an intruder wipes out an entire floor's battalion, Fyodor gets surrounded by Meursault's forces, while Gogol teleports away. Fyodor is instantly rescued by the undead Chūya Nakahara, who turns out to be his next pawn against Dazai and Sigma.

As they successfully make their escape, Fyodor and Chūya soon come across a wrong passcode, which turns out to have been changed by Dazai. Containment shutdown initiates, and Fyodor has Chūya break through the walls, but to no avail. They eventually get flooded in heavy water while Fyodor continues to fail inputting the passcode.

Dazai then communicates with Fyodor and Chūya from the control room, who goads Fyodor into being defeated. Though Fyodor is confident that Dazai cannot kill him, the detective feels likewise that Chūya would not be able to break through the walls and use his gravity manipulation that easily, nor would Fyodor resort to use his ability, regardless what it is, much to Fyodor's visible ire.

It is revealed that Fyodor turns out to have priorly made preparations using Chūya's ability to ensure their escape.

Fyodor and Chūya corner the ability user, and Fyodor kills her by shooting her point-blank. Addressing Dazai, Fyodor voices out his shock at the shallowness of the seven-year bond he had with Chūya for thinking that his gravity manipulation would not be able to stop a flood.

Fyodor then mocks Dazai for being unfit in utilizing a gravity manipulator after overlooking something so simple. To grant the same trial they put him in, Fyodor initiates a shutdown sequence and floods Dazai and Sigma inside the elevator.

Meanwhile, at the other side of the screen, Fyodor acknowledges Dazai's question and instructs Chūya to head to the fifth floor to dispose of Dazai, only to get shot at the back by Sigma, who demands the Russian to retract his order.

Fyodor is amused at how Sigma upholds his promise with Dazai of touching Fyodor to learn his plans in the airport. He claims that Dazai has successfully manipulated Sigma and deduces that Sigma wishes to be part of the Armed Detective Agency. With Sigma visibly taken aback, Fyodor persuades him that it is a mere trick pulled by Dazai, but Sigma refuses to give in to Fyodor's assertions. He instead claims that it was Fyodor himself who has tried to manipulate him from the start; cornering him, Sigma asks Fyodor what his ability is until he ultimately asks what exactly he is.

Sigma questions Fyodor on the note asking for help written in Russian, which causes Fyodor to frantically call out for help, much to Sigma's confusion.

As Fyodor seemingly recovers from his breakdown, he appears different and asks for the year, further confusing Sigma. The seemingly new Fyodor asks Sigma to stop his other wicked identity with the Sword Kladenets. He hands Sigma the blade and apologizes for his other demonic identity, which Sigma thinks must be connected to Fyodor's ability. However, revealing it as a feint, Fyodor stabs Sigma with the blade, which is actually an ordinary knife, and successfully incapacitates him. Fyodor warns Sigma that he will continue being his enemy even if he becomes an Agency member, being an opponent of the Agency itself. Fyodor then offers to have Sigma touch and use his ability on him if he so dares.

Upon Fyodor's persuasion, Sigma finally touches and uses his ability on him to extract all his secrets.

Fyodor stops Chūya from making physical contact with Dazai lest he nullifies the vampirism.

Fyodor successfully escapes Meursault. Upon escape, he is greeted by Gogol who congratulates him for finishing first place in escaping. Fyodor then requests for the antidote for the poison. Before handing it to Fyodor, Gogol asks him his way of communicating with the outside world. Fyodor shows him the Meursault vampire guards, indicating that Fyodor had servants among the prison guards. Gogol then hands the antidote to Fyodor.

Upon Fyodor's departure, Gogol asks him the reason for him not taking the antidote right away. Fyodor claims that he will take it in the helicopter. Due to Fyodor's hand being injured due to Dazai's doing, he instructs a guard to pilot the helicopter. The two discuss the fate of Sigma to which Fyodor reassures that Sigma will never wake up again. Gogol asks Fyodor's plan after to which Fyodor replies that he would like to return the favor since Gogol tried to kill him.

All of a sudden, Fyodor was stabbed by the pilot. Dazai appears unhurt from the injury he sustained, much to Fyodor and Gogol's shock, saying that he simply cannot be killed. Dazai confronts the impaled Fyodor and points out his primary weakness as his lack of allies, unlike Dazai's allies including Ranpo, who has negotiated with the liberated Bram and has pulled the strings behind the vampires turning against Fyodor, and Chūya, who turns out to be a merely disguised vampire collaborating with Dazai ever since.

With the latter incapacitated, the helicopter's vampire pilot—now under Bram's influence—crashes the aircraft as Dazai bids his goodbye to his opponent. Dostoevsky utters his final words and gets caught in the helicopter's explosion, leading to his demise.

Sigma discovers an ancient memory of Fyodor's, which sees him captured by Bram—whose body was then still intact—and his soldiers. As Sigma notes how Fyodor appeared similar back then, the latter confessed accepting capture to come face to face with Bram himself.

Fyodor also warned Bram of incoming attackers, but Bram dismissed it and ordered for his impalement by dawn.

As the rooster crows, Fyodor's execution has begun, as the guard stabbed Fyodor using a spear through impalement. As a soldier stabs his body, Fyodor mirthfully breathes his last and dies, while the soldier suddenly jolts in pain.

Dazai deduces that Fyodor's ability activates upon his death while he's in shock, Dazai concludes that Fyodor's ability is to subsume his killer and become the next Fyodor.

With Fukuzawa and Teruko unable to stop Fyodor's ability, Bram gets absorbed and becomes Fyodor, with the Holy Sword Soluz Levni in tow. Fukuchi, apparently in his final breath, asks them to stop Fyodor at all costs even at the mercy of the resurrected Conjurer.

As the latter stabs Fukuchi with the Holy Sword and Shintō Amenogozen, he shall bring upon onto Yokohama, a miracle, and creating the incarnate singularity, Ame-no-Gozen.

Fyodor begins his onslaught following his resurrection in Bram's body. He came over to Aya, kneeling and calling her "princess", he stated that Bram is gone, only his ashes of his ability. He pulls out the One Order, who wants to control all of the vampires in Yokohama, and he reassures Aya that no one will harm her, even if she's the last person on the Earth.

With the space–time sword Shintō Amenogozen, the Holy Sword Soluz Levni, and Fukuchi's hundredfold-strengthening ability imbued in the being's arsenal, Fyodor explains that the godlike being is no longer Fukuchi but an incarnated singularity form, Ame-no-Gozen, who only heeds him as the bearer of the Holy Sword's seal.

Fyodor reveals that the war that will happen 36 years later was a mere lie of his. He enlightens Fukuzawa on how he managed to trick Fukuchi into believing the occurrence of a war in 36 years, angering Fukuzawa for letting his friend's final wishes for peace all fall into vain and mockery. As the Agency president charges in rage, Fyodor orders Ame-no-Gozen to launch a large-scale attack, which sends the airport and a massive portion of its surroundings in destruction.

Sooner later, Fyodor witnessed the destruction of the airport with a smirk, and after that, Fyodor and Ame-no-Gozen corners Kunikida and Tanizaki, intent of taking down the Agency first one by one.

Meanwhile, after Kunikida, Tanizaki and Kenji's deaths, Fyodor orders Ame-no-Gozen to stop striking Atsushi, and he is come to save him. Fyodor kneels before Atsushi and reveals his – particularly the Tiger's – special ties to the Book as its "bookmark," which explains him being hunted down by the Guild in the past, Fyodor himself, and countless others. Fyodor also illustrates Ame-no-Gozen's nature as a fourth-dimensional being in Minkowski space, essentially likening its visible form to a shadow that cannot be killed by conventional, physical means.

Having accomplished his mission, Fyodor invites Atsushi to serve him in exchange for restoring the Agency using the back of the Page. Atsushi instantly accepts, only to be caught in Fyodor's trap as Ame-no-Gozen strikes him from behind. Fyodor clarifies that he is merely interested in Atsushi being the "bookmark," but Atsushi begs him to let him save the Agency, much to Fyodor's contempt.

He then changes his mind and has Ame-no-Gozen decapitate Atsushi, but all of a sudden, he was in shock that Akutagawa sliced the Divine Being's arm. And he's surmising that he might have sniffed out their location from Bram's vampiric powers.

Fyodor was surprised that Akutagawa is technically possessing the ability to manipulate space, just like Ame-no-Gozen. But, he explained that Ame-no-Gozen can omit all movement up until the attack itself, only for then he was shocked that Akutagawa succeeded in retaining a vampiric durability.

He then demonstrates a fourth-dimensional power through Ame-no-Gozen that punctures its arm straight through Akutagawa's abdomen.

With Akutagawa incapacitated, Fyodor begins to retreat and leaves behind a stupefied Atsushi, unable to chase nor stop the Conjurer. Fukuzawa then stands up to Fyodor, asking if he has any interest in his survival. Fyodor answers that he does not have any particular interest whatsoever.

As Fukuzawa faces off with Fyodor, the Agency president accosts him for taking away Fukuchi's dream for world peace, but Fyodor refutes that his dream was doomed from the start. Fyodor claims that Fukuchi's methods of unifying all states to eradicate war will only result in the eventual separation into "us" and "them" rather than a lasting unification of mankind.

Fyodor uses this very notion to reason that, in due time, mankind will not be able to bear such a heavy amount of virtue and, thus, of world peace. In addition, he claims that mankind will always favor what is natural over what is virtuous; Fukuzawa greatly rejects his argument and deems Dostoevsky purely evil. The latter cautions him that he carries Fukuchi's dream to bring about world peace, albeit through a global war.

Fyodor explains having manifested a past and present Ame-no-Gozen by folding them across the fourth-dimensional axis. Fyodor then states his vision of having humans and ability users fight in his war for uniting humanity, believing that the global vampire outbreak has opened the humans' eyes to the dangerous threat of ability users and would unite them in purging the gifted, he shall bring forth a thousand year's place built atop the corpses of gifted.

Fukuzawa questions just what Fyodor truly is but, he shushes him and fails to receive an answer as he dies and gets absorbed by Ame-no-Gozen.
