Genya Shinazugawa

Height - 180 cm, During selection height - 160 cm Age - 16 years, During the Selection age - 14 years Gender-Male Weight - 75 kg Genya is a tall guy with a long black mohawk that is tousled in different directions and shaved temples. He has narrow eyes with small black pupils like his brother. A distinctive feature of his appearance is a scar that goes across most of his face.

He is most often seen wearing the standard Demon Hunter uniform, with a purple sleeveless vest over it.

Personality Genya was a man with a bad temper, a kind of "lone wolf" who refused to receive help from others. He was quite rude to those around him, not standing on ceremony with anyone and allowing force to be used against the female sex.

Later, his personality undergoes noticeable changes for the better. He becomes softer, friendlier, although he does not lose his former irascibility. From time to time, when girls are around, he shows timidity and shyness.

Genya grew up in a large family. His mother worked a lot, and his father was lazy, drank and periodically beat his wife and children. Later, his father was killed, and Genya and Sanemi swore to protect their mother and siblings. One day, their mother did not return home for a long time. When there was a knock on the door, they thought that she had finally returned. It was indeed their mother, but she was no longer sane, since she had turned into a demon. Sanemi and Genya's sisters and brothers died at the same time. Sanemi managed to kill the demon, but after he recognized her as his mother, Genya began to accuse Sanemi of killing her and began to believe that it was not she who attacked their family, but a wolf.

Later, Genya realized his mistake and tried to mend his relationship with his brother. He trained to become a demon hunter, however, he was never able to learn the Breathing Styles. Somehow, he discovered that he could eat demons and gain some of their demonic abilities.

Demonic Transformation: Genya can temporarily gain demonic powers by consuming the flesh of a demon. Upon hitting their target, the bullets instantly grow into a giant tree and wrap around the target's body, paralyzing them.

Blood Roots:[19] Bullets that hit their target can root inside the opponent and suck out their blood, preventing them from using their own Blood Demon Technique.

Height - 156 cm Age - 13 years Gender-Female Weight - 49 kg Kanata has pale skin and large purple eyes, as well as shoulder-length white hair with straight bangs.

At the final selection, she wore a purple kimono with flowers and a green obi, and a wisteria-shaped hair clip on the right side of her hair.

Kanata was born to Kagai and Amane Ubuyashiki along with her twin sister Kuina. She is one of the youngest children in the family.
