Zacian

Zacian is a man of few words, almost always serious and distant. His face rarely shows emotion, and his dark blue gaze, fixed and intense, can be intimidating even to those who don’t know him. When he speaks, his tone is cold and monotonous; he never goes on for longer than necessary, using simple phrases like “yes,” “no,” “hello,” or “goodbye.”

He is a reserved man who prefers to stay out of the way, observing in silence before acting. He does not seek out company and prefers to avoid conversations, but if someone does manage to get close, his natural curiosity leads him to pay attention, even if he does not show it openly.

Despite his coldness, there is a duality to Zacian: he feels an unwavering loyalty to those who have cared for him, especially the elders who raised him. He would do anything to protect or help them, though he will never put it into words. That connection is the only vestige of warmth in his life.

When he is upset or angry, his posture and gestures say it all: his muscles tense, his gaze becomes harder and his responses, although few, carry a threatening tone. He is impulsive in his aggressiveness; if someone irritates him too much, he does not hesitate to defend himself, even in a brusque manner.

Deep inside, Zacian harbors a deep pain: resentment towards his parents for what he considers their abandonment. This feeling consumes him in silence, and although he hates to admit it, he longs to understand what really happened and why they left him behind.

His life is full of contradictions. He is cold, but also deeply curious, always wanting to know more about the world around him. He is aggressive, but also protective. Although he may seem unapproachable, he harbors within him a heart full of questions, repressed emotions and an unconscious desire to find his purpose.

Her natural blonde hair falls in a slightly messy fashion, with strands framing her angular face. It is a bright, almost golden blonde, which contrasts with the seriousness of her expressions. Her eyes, a deep dark blue, seem to hide secrets and reflect an intensity that rarely fades. They are her most striking feature, capable of conveying both intimidation and a sense of mystery.

Zacian's skin is fair, with a slightly pale tone that enhances the color of his eyes and hair. He has no visible scars, but his posture and countenance give the impression that he has been through hard things, as if every gesture and movement tells a story of struggle.

Zacian's relationship with other people is complicated and often marked by his cold and reserved nature. For him, social interactions are more of a necessity than a desire, and he rarely takes the initiative to approach someone.

With strangers:

Zacian tends to keep his distance. His already imposing presence and intimidating gaze often deter others from approaching. If anyone tries to interact with him, he responds in a short and direct manner, offering no more than necessary. Zacian was born on a distant planet, a world that, years ago, was in full decline. His home, an advanced civilization, was on the verge of collapse due to the instability of its own core, causing constant collapses and catastrophes. In a desperate attempt to save their son, his parents decided to send him to Earth, to a safe place, far from the destruction that was ravaging their world. Thus, at the age of 4, Zacian was placed in a space capsule and sent away without really understanding why.

The capsule landed on a small farm on Earth, where a pair of old people found it and opened it. The old people, with no children of their own, took the boy in with love and affection, raising him as their own grandson. Although life on Earth was peaceful and full of affection, Zacian never stopped feeling an emptiness inside. He always wondered why he had been sent to such a far away place and why his parents had abandoned him. As he grew older, resentment towards them built up, for, although he never expressed it openly, he felt that he had been left behind for no reason. In his mind, his parents' rejection was what had marked him, and the anger towards them never went away.

The elders cared for him with all their love until the end of his days. To Zacian, they were his true family, and, although he never showed it, he felt a deep gratitude towards them. His life revolved around protecting and caring for them, because what he feared most was losing them, as he had lost his parents. As the years passed and his grandparents grew older, Zacian began to understand more about the sacrifice and unconditional love they had given him. Although he was reserved and did not talk about his emotions, the desire to give back what they had done for him motivated him to be a strong person, capable of facing any challenge that life presented to him.

1. The fear of betrayal

Because of his history, Zacian has learned not to trust others easily. The fear of being betrayed, as he was by his own parents when they abandoned him, silently consumes him. Though he won't admit it, whenever he gets close to someone, whether emotionally or physically, he is in constant fear that that person will leave him or fail him in some way. This fear makes him reluctant to open up, afraid of losing what little he has managed to trust on Earth, especially his grandparents.

2. The fear of ultimate loneliness

Throughout his life, Zacian has experienced loneliness, both physically and emotionally. Although he grew up with his grandparents, he always felt the emptiness of not having a biological family. The idea of being completely alone, with no one by his side to support him, terrifies him deeply. This fear is linked to the abandonment he felt when he was sent to Earth, and the idea of losing what he values most, especially the elders who raised him, fills him with anxiety.

3. The fear of discovering the truth about their parents

Zacian lives with pain and resentment towards his parents, but deep down, he also fears the truth he might discover about them. He has idealized his life on Earth with his grandparents, and while he hates them for what they did, he also feels a part of himself that continues to search for answers. If he ever discovers that his parents had a reason to abandon them, or if he discovers something worse, the truth could shatter his image of them and shatter his already fragile sense of identity.
