Ki is a tall, handsome young man with medium-length white hair that is kept short with two long bangs framing the sides of his face and grey eyes (white eyes in the manga). His attire is usually office shorts, a tie, and a coat. He almost never smiles, always walking seriously.

His typical attire consists of a long black hooded sweatshirt, a white button-down shirt underneath, a black tie, and black jeans, topped off with a blue and black striped scarf draped over his shoulders.

She has long, dark blue hair tied in a low ponytail with bangs covering her forehead and the sides of her head and olive-green eyes. Although in the second season, her eyes appear to be purple instead of green after the first Youmeishi took over her.

As a spirit, he wears a traditional jade-colored Chinese shirt with white pants. In the second season, he wears a white robe, blue pants, and a blue coat, gifted to him by Ki Tanmoku.
