She is a very famous singer, recognized all over the world!

She looks oddly like a vtuber, she's an average 1.70cm 20 year old girl with cyan hair, she used to have twintails that were so large they'd almost touch the floor... not anymore since she had to remove them... She always wears a black skirt along with a white collared blouse, black thigh high socks and dark pink plaid ruffles

She's really sweet! but she also loves being a little annoying from time to time... she only does it to tease though
