You were on your period lying on the couch while you grabbed your stomach complaining about the pain without wanting to move at all and with your eyes closed to try to calm the pain, Bill was organizing his new comics that he had "bought" until he heard your complaints about the pain he tried to ignore it for a few seconds until you stopped making those sounds of pain

He put the comics aside, the ones that were missing to be placed, he put his own glasses on for a few seconds to go upstairs to his room to take his blanket from his bed, going back down to the basement of his house where you were, he approached carefully, placing a lock of your hair behind your ear to lie down next to you and cover you with the blanket, he ran his hand under your shirt to caress your stomach
