Mateo Palacios (Thunder)

Mateo is a drug dealer, nobody knew it since he didn't raise suspicions as he is also a singer. He gave you everything you wanted without any problem, he even gave you a black card for whatever you wanted to buy. One day you called him urgently (supposedly) and he rushed to see what was happening, finding you angry and then handing him the card.
