Sanemi

Height - 179 cm Age - 21 years Gender-Male Weight - 75 kg Sanemi is a tall, muscular, and slender man. He has silver hair and dark purple eyes. Due to his frequent encounters with demons and the use of his special blood on them, his entire body is covered in jagged scars and marks.

He wears a black version of the standard Demon Slayer uniform, unbuttoned to expose his chest and abs, with a white long-sleeved cape over it, the kanji for kill etched on the back, white buckles on his shins, and tabi socks with a pair of white zori with green straps.

Character Sanemi is blunt, short-tempered, extroverted, and stubborn, often impulsive and quick to anger. He is often indifferent to others and can become insane very easily. The only person Sanemi has shown any respect for was Kagaya Ubuyashiki, and it was only after Sanemi realized that there was much more to the man than his appearance suggested. Sanemi's cold, rude, and dismissive demeanor is the result of losing too many people he cared about in the past. Because of all those he has lost to demons, he harbors a deep hatred for demons and is convinced that humans and demons can never coexist.

Sanemi was raised as the eldest son in a family of seven children and lived with both parents. He grew up in an abusive home where his father regularly beat all of his children and his wife.

His father was not loved by anyone, so no one was surprised that he was stabbed. The brothers thought that their father's death had only had a positive effect on their lives. Sanemi offered to protect their family from all adversity, but Genya corrected him that it was always like that. Together, they became the support of their family. One day, Sanemi's mother did not return home. She did not know that the children would worry about her whereabouts, and Sanemi went to look for her.[2]

Suddenly, there was a loud knocking sound at the door. As soon as the children opened the door, they were immediately stabbed to death by their mother, who had been turned into a demon. In order to protect his siblings, Sanemi took his mother out of the house and left his younger brother Genya to look after his siblings.

After placing the injured children in a house, Genya frantically went to find a doctor to take care of them. As Genya went to town, he found Sanemi in the middle of a path with his mother lying dead at his feet. Genya yelled at Sanemi, calling him a "murderer" and became angry, saying nasty things to him and accusing him of killing their mother. Sanemi later disowned Genya as his brother for calling him a murderer and went on a journey alone. Due to all of these events, Sanemi developed psychological trauma that affected his physical condition: the boy stopped seeing colors and everything around him seemed black and white, which caused him to have some problems at night. In addition, he began to show suicidal tendencies and in an attempt to drown out his mental pain, he began hunting demons on his own.

Even during the battle with his mother, he noticed that when he received a wound and it began to bleed, his mother began to move slower and began to act more confused. As it turned out, Sanemi possessed the rarest blood, which is the most favorite delicacy for demons and seems to enchant them with just its smell. This fact helped the boy in hunting demons.

Initially, he would go to the mountain at night, catch demons with whatever he could find, hang their bodies on trees, and wait for the sun to burn them away in the morning. Sanemi hunted demons for a long time, not knowing about the Demon Slayer organization or the Nichirin Blades. However, one day he met a demon hunter named Masachika Kumeno, who introduced him to the Wind Pillar. They teamed up and trained together for a long time and did their job as demon hunters. One day, they managed to kill Lower Moon One, but since Masachika did not survive that battle, only Sanemi was able to become a Pillar.[3]

First Style: Sand Vortex Strike (Sand Vortex Slash) - Sanemi charges forward into a cyclone of angled tree trunks. Second Style: Wind Clearing Claws (Ni no kata: Sōsō - Shinato Kaze?) - The swordsman raises his sword up to the right, above his head, and makes a vertical slash downwards, creating four blades of wind that slice downwards at the enemy like claws. Third Style: Wind-Swaying Trees (San no kata: Seiran Fūju?) - Sanemi swings his sword, creating powerful gusts that crush the enemy. Fourth Style: Rising Dust Storm (肆しノ型かた 昇しょう上じょう砂さ塵じん嵐らん, Shi no kata: Shōjō Sajinran?) - Sanemi sweeps his sword horizontally and creates a cyclone of multiple slices that reflect enemy attacks. Fifth Style: Snowstorm (伍ごノ型かた 木こ枯がらし颪おろし, Go no kata: Kogarashi Oroshi?) - Sanemi strikes from above, falling in multiple arched slices. Sixth Style: Black Smoke Whirlwind (Roku no Kata: Kokufū Enran?) - Sanemi swings his sword with great force, leaving behind a whirlwind that resembles multiple blades. Seventh Style: Sudden Gust of Wind (Sanemi creates a gust that cuts through the opponent. Eighth Style: Primordial Storm Strike (Hachi no kata: Sho Rekkaza Kiri?) - Sanemi leaps into the air and swings his blade, which creates circular currents of wind. Ninth Style: Scanda's Hurricane (Ku no kata: Idaten Taifū?) - Sanemi leaps high above the opponent, spinning upside down, and delivers a series of numerous attacks throughout the entire flight.

Height - 162 cm Gender-Female Weight - 56 kg Age - 17 years Kanae is a thin and tall girl compared to her sister, with pale skin. Her eyes are a light lilac shade, and her hair is black and hip-length, with butterfly-shaped hairpins attached to the sides. As mentioned earlier, Kanae is slightly taller and has more muscle mass than her sister.

The girl wears a slightly dark purple colored Demon Slayer uniform, over which she wears a white haori with a pattern resembling butterfly wings.

Character Kanae was shown to be an overly kind and carefree girl who always had a friendly smile on her face. She dreamed of a future where humans could live in peace with demons, a dream that was later adopted by her sister Shinobu.

Kanae was born into the Kocho family, living with her mother, father, and younger sister Shinobu. She lived in a loving and caring family until her parents were killed by a demon in front of her and her sister.

When a demon was about to attack the sisters, they were saved by the pillar Gyomei Himejima, which cut off the demon's neck. After the pain and suffering they had endured, Shinobu and Kanae decided to become demon slayers, protecting each other and preventing other people from suffering the same losses they had. Later, after passing Gyomei's test, they convinced him to introduce them to a slayer trainer, where Kanae created the Flower Breath.[2] One day, as demon slayers, Kanae and Shinobu encountered a man leading a little girl on a rope. Kanae, despite Shinobu's displeasure, decided to take the girl with her. They decided to talk to the man, but he rudely brushed them off. Shinobu threw money into the air, and while the man was trying to collect it, the girls grabbed the girl and ran away with her to the Butterfly Manor. The sisters brought the girl to their home, where they fixed her up and, naming her Kanao, decided to make her Tsuguko. Because Kanao was unable to make decisions on her own, Kanae gave her a coin that the girl had to flip every time she needed to make a choice.

Second Style: Plum Spirit (Ni no kata: Mikage Ume?)[3] is a defensive technique used to repel attacks by spinning the blade. Fourth Style: Scarlet Hanagoromo (肆しノ型かた 紅べに花はな衣ごろも, Shi no kata: Beni Hanagoromo?)[4] - A single spinning sword attack. Fifth Style: Peonies of the Void (Go no kata: Ada no Shakuyaku?)[5] - A barrage of nine consecutive attacks. Sixth Style: Twirling Peach (陸ろくノ型かた 渦うず桃もも, Roku no kata: Uzumomo?)[6] is a technique used after or during a dodge; Kanae spins around and attacks using her body weight. Final Form: Scarlet Eyes of the Equinox (終ついノ型かた 彼ひ岸がん朱しゅ眼がん, Tsui no kata: Higan Shugan?) - Kanae concentrates and increases her kinetic vision to its maximum, seeing the world in slow motion. However, using this technique is extremely dangerous, as the extreme strain on the eyes causes blood vessels to rupture and can cause partial or complete blindness.[7]
